Beautiful
We looked at many gates before deciding on ordering this one. It is beautiful and very easy to operate.
My husband had devised a box in front of our stairs and a cooling rack tied to our stairs to keep our pets downstairs...pretty tacky... AND we had family coming for Christmas to see our beautiful new home!
The service was AMAZING...we ordered on a Sunday night and it was delivered on Tuesday. We didn't request express shipping...just whatever the standard shipping option was. I would definitely recommend this piece of furniture if you need a way to keep your pets contained and want something that doesn't look tacky in your home!

Elegant solution
No one has ever complemented my eclectic array of gently used living room furniture. However, I have received raving complements on the beauty of my dog gate! Sturdy and elegant, it fits perfectly in the space between two rooms without hardware or need to drill into the wall.

Puppy Gates
I absolutely love FRONTGATE . I have gorgeous hard wood gates that protect my master bedroom, the two guest rooms and my study that have white carpet from my fur babies and just purchased 2 more metal/screen type gates that are absolutely gorgeous to protect the expensive carpet in my dining room. For the FIRST time ever, I received one of the gates damaged. Not bad, the screen had been a bit warped/bent but being disabled it would have been more trouble to send it back, so FRONTGATE is giving me a 10% discount. A classy company that respects their customers and appreciate my business, and that is why I will always buy from FRONTGATE. Customer service is excellent, just an A rated company all round. Love FRONTGATE!! And where can you even buy such gorgeous and made well products today! Bravo FRONTGATE, your company is the absolute best all round.

Beautiful addition
Once you determine how to assemble this gate it is a beautiful way to keep pets out of certain areas. Due to the very wide opening we had to block, this pet gate needed to be almost 70" wide. The pass-through door with automatic closure is especially convenient and allow easy access for two-legged visitors. The mesh design and scroll work are very nice and well detailed. Our pup can easily sit outside the gate and watch all that is going on inside the protected room. This is a beautiful and well made solution to a problem area.

Doggie Gate
I absolutely love this gate. It is more beautiful in person and allows you to block off a room without it looking cheap. It looks very elegant. I just wish they had a smaller version for my doorway to my dining room.

Love This Pet Gate!
We recently purchased the 34"H Expandable Free Standing Mesh Pet Gate because we wanted a "pass through" gate. It is BEAUTIFUL!! Love the height, I had fallen over a shorter 24" one because it was so easy to step over!! This one has you use the "door". The only thing we encountered was that the Hinge Pins did not fit!! They were so "thin" they did not fit in the end pieces! They let it wobble, move & rattle! We had to go to the hardware store and buy thicker ones that fixed the problem. My question would be why the manufacturer did not know this??? Or test it??? For the price I would have expected perfection in that area. After we fixed it, it works! Very attractive, fits in our style of home wonderfully. The hinges were the reason for only 4 stars instead of 5!

Best Dog Gate Ever!
I have purchased various types of dog gates in order to keep my new puppy from wandering upstairs or dashing out the front door when visitors arrive. This gate is solid and absolutely lovely and of high quality. I have had a million compliments on it! Thanks for providing a true "American" made product of high quality and workmanship! It is hard to find nowadays!

No more ugly pet gate!
I purchased two of the smaller stand-alone gates. They look lovely in my home, but most importantly, they are sturdy , yet I can move them easily. I have large dogs and they both respect the gate. My dogs are 60 lbs each. These gates are very versatile and I can even leave a little room on the side for my cat to come and go. Thanks Frontgate!!

Pet gates
They are beautiful and well made. I would love to have them on wheels so I could roll them out of my way. My Yorkies are only 3 pounds so they couldn't move them. But they do make locks for wheels for larger dogs. They really look nice in the living room area.

Expandable Free standing mesh pet gate
The product looks good and does the job. I wish the gate could be made to swing in both directions and I wish the whole thing was a bit more sturdy.

well made but not wide enough.
We have the fence extended to the max by only fastening the adjustable sections with one bolt on the top and bottom. It is still not wide enough for the opening so we have tried to tilt the side sections. There is still a gap the we had to block with a piece of furniture. I wish there was an extender available to increase the width of the fence.

We are very pleased with the look, feel and functionality of the Expandable Free-standing Mesh Pet Gate. Recently, we adopted a puppy from a shelter. She cannot push over this gate or jump over it. Very happy with the results.

Great Product!
My 22" free standing barrier arrived prompty and was very well packed. It took about 25 minutes to assemble and came together with no problems at all. It is strong, sturdy and attractive. It is low enough to easily step over but high enough to contain small animals. We use it for our rabbits and it is perfect. Thank you Frontgate!

to make it more perfect
The only thing I would love to see,that would make this set up beyond perfect, is to make it attachable or suspension mounted. We have a large dog and if he were to jump up on the fence,it would move and allow him access to rooms we are keeping him out of, but beyond that I love it. It looks attractive and formal enough for my taste. Would definately recommend it to people and would consider buying three more if I could mount them.

best purchase ever
Sturdy and great looking. We have four large dogs (60-90 lbs). The gate keeps them out of the basement. Swinging door is easy to use. Wish we would have purchased this years ago!
