Cranberry Relish
Makes 1-1/2 cups
This relish was created specifically for my Savory Squash Soup. But it’s a sweet sauce that’s also perfect for use with desserts.
2 cups fresh cranberries
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened grape juice
In a small saucepan, combine all the ingredients. Bring to a boil, then lower to a simmer. Continue to cook for about 5 minutes, until the mixture is thick and the berries are glazed. Allow to cool. Transfer to a covered container and refrigerate until needed.
