All-weather Woven Patio Heater is rated 4.0 out of 5 by 20.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best heater Ever!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good looking patio heater The heater was missing the igniter button when it arrived but blue rhino sent a new one promptly. The heater was reasonably easy to assemble and throws out quite a lot of heat. It is sturdy and looks good with our wicker furniture. The only con I can think of is the cover panel for the gas tank is extremely difficult to put on and to remove. It would be a lot more efficient if it was hinged.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from All Weather Woven Patio Heater This is a very nice heater and worked great for a bit. Unfortunately, after the item sat unused for a while it would not work - simply wouldn't ignite. Frontgate's Customer Service came through and completely replaced the item. Very happy with our replacement and we're ordering a second one soon.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great patio heater A very smart looking LPG patio heater. It was easy to assemble and the overall quality is very good. I was missing 1 part (battery cover) so could not use the electronic ignition yet. I called and they are shipping one out. The heat output is good. The radius is more like 10 feet but that is what I expected. I am outside on a chilly Colorado evening. I should not expect to be heated like I was indoors. I would buy this again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great for Northern California Nights. I think this is one of the nicest looking heaters I've seen. Wish it had a built-in tray for drinks though. I've only used it three times, but I don't think the heat would cover a 20 foot radius. I am sitting right next to it comfortably. Need to experiment more now that the weather is cooler in my part of the country.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Best Looking Heater I have yet to find Have been looking for an attractive deck heater and this fills the bill. It appears to do the job though just finished assembly...not a simple task. Had to get help after I fumbled around and even with a pro he indcated that some fitting were off and was perplexed by some unused parts? It looks to be of good quality and if it functions as well as it looks I will be happy. Time will tell.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Flawed Design I ordered 2 of these for our patio. They arrived and were relatively easy to assemble. I have 4 other stainless steel patio heaters similar that were all more difficult to assemble. The problem came when attempting to move the heater from my garage to patio. When attempting to move the heater up a couple of steps the heater snapped in two pieces with top-heavy heater portion crashing to the floor of the garage. The ring that is responsible for connecting the top heater with the base had broken off. To their credit frontgate sent me an immediate replacement but the same connection was welded crooked on the replacement unit so the top half is slightly off-center. Not what you should expect from a very expensive patio heater. The units do function as expected. Extreme care must be used when moving these heaters to brace the upper portion so as not to place undo stress on the connection. I am keeping the heaters because they do look nice with our patio furniture, function as expected and now that I am aware of the defect I can take caution when attempting to move them.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Woven Heater Not the best quality. The Frontgate name plate is upside down and permanently fastened. Also the construction of it is flimsy.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good not Great Doesn't have the advertised radius of space that the heat extends. We kind of have to hover up against it if it's any colder than 55 degrees out. But nice appearance, well made.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Pilot light won't stay on Beautiful heater but the pilot light won't stay lite when you release the starter after 30 seconds to ignite heater. We sent one back and they replaced it. The second one started right up but 2 weeks later the same thing happened. We are returning the unit as it can't be that unreliable for starting up.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Nice to Look At - BUT DIDN'T LAST VERY LONG This heater is truly nice to look at - probably one of the nicest on the market. We bought it 2 years ago. It worked flawlessly for the first 2 seasons and only part of the current season -- but now simply won't work. Something like the thermocoupler wore out and won't let the propane through. So, we've got to get another one. Wouldn't purchase a heater as expensive as this again if they don't last longer than 2 seasons. Not worth the money!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Patio Heater Bought 2 heaters in 2011 and have had moderate problems with them both. I live in Southern California and both units have had very light use. In 2014, one just quit working and according to some very poor product service they are telling me I need to buy a new part but don't know if that will fix the issue. Next time I will purchase locally so I can be supported locally. This product is premium-priced but is poorly supported.
