Best of Basics Dish Rack is rated 4.4 out of 5 by 37.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Dish Rack Ever I consider my self somewhat of a kitchen "junkie" and am always looking for a better way. I previously had many different plastic dishracks an even one also make of stainless steel. I replaced it with the one from Simple Human. I could not keep that one clean! This is the best designed of all and so far cleans easily. I highly recommend it. I do use it on a drying mat so it does not sit in my sink.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful I purchased the "basics dish rack" after years of searching for a unique, elegant and functional dish rack for my beautiful kitchen. The rack is beautiful and sophisticated. The chrome is gleaming and brilliant. It holds a large amount of items. I love that it comes with 3 utensil holders. Maintenance wise, you just need to drain the water off after completing the dishes and wipe dry with a paper towel to prevent water marks. If such occur, just use a stainless Steel spray and wipe dry as well with a cloth. I would highly recommend the rack if you are looking for a sophisticated item for drying your dishes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic quality, sturdy and functional My husband and I cook a lot, so we dirty many pots, pans and dishes. This is the best dish rack I ever purchased. It holds big pots, wine glasses plus so much more and never tips over. It stays in one place. It looks nice on the counter.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Finally a Nice Dish Rack I have been searching for along time for a dish rack that fits my dishes, glasses and silverware and still looks good. This one is sturdy and very classy looking. It also seems to wear well as in does not look "old" or "worn".

Rated 5 out of 5 by from What a dish strainer should be This is a very well made product. After having many low priced dish strainers made of plastic which stain very quickly and must be frequently cleaned I am very pleased with the Best of Basics Dish Rack. It looks great on the counter, holds a lot and never looks dirty. My wife has wanted this for years. I resisted because it costs 10 x more than a cheap one, but now that we have it I like it very much.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better than I thought I loved the look of this dish rack, but I was worried about drainage, since the bottom is just like a cookie sheet with sides. After using it for 1 month it has not been a problem at all. I actually had more scummy build-up on my old dish rack that had a special drainage spout. I love that it is all stainless steel with no plastic parts to discolor.

How does it drain into the sink?

Asked by: Annieapple
It does not drain into the sink like typical dish racks. The bottom tray collects the water and water spots develop on the stainless steel after drying. Even after cleaning the tray with stainless cleaner, spot outlines remain. The spots are significantly diminished but remain. Lots of maintenance required for this dish rack.

Stainless steel

Is this rack made of actual solid stainless steel or is it just coated?
Asked by: lucycat
Solid stainless. The feet are covered in plastic so they are not in constant contact with the draining pan..

How high is the dish rack without the removable utensil holder?

Asked by: Missk
3.5 inches but 5 inches with the glass drainer and dishracks. The utensil holders add another few inches.

What is included with the dish rack?

I like it very much, but I couldn't find anywhere what's is included. I appreciate your reply. Thanks.
Asked by: Kestrel
There is a drain pan, the actual insert with diviiders for dishers, a separate rack for glasses and a stainless holder for the 3 utensil holders. The dish dividers and the glass racks are coated in some type of plastic great for cleaning.
