Thank you for your interest in the Bistro Grill Cart with Granite Top. There is only one ledge to put the shelf on, but it can be moved so you can drill a spot for another ledge if you want to move it. Delivery time would be 1-2 weeks once the cart ships. The casters are approx. 4".
