Towel Stand
I just received this item and it looks extremely well made. I can't comment on the durability as others have, but I keep mine under an outdoor roof. I will update this review if necessary.

Excellent purchase!
The towel stand was very easy to assemble and a lot larger and more substantial than I imagined when I ordered it. Great addition to our pool area!

Perfect towel Stand
I was a bit apprehensive when I purchased this towel rack as it was very inexpensive, but knowing that Frontgate has very high standards for the items in which they sell I ordered it. I love it! The color is rich looking and is a perfect solution for our towels when we take a break from the pool.

Great Outdoor Towel Stand

Nice but doesn't last
After a year the base is completely corroded. The aluminum oxidizes after water from suits and towels weathers the surface.

good product, cheap finish
not even a year and our stand is peeling, can't beleive the poor quality of the powder coated finish. Frontgate will not exchange for another one,customer service told me that this stand was to be used indoors only?, my understanding was this is a POOL towel holder. This stand is going back.

Very Disappointed in finish
I purchased this rack on 7/23/2010. It is now almost two years later and the finish is coming off in large chunks. It isn't bronze anymore either. It is in north Florida, under a covered porch which is inside a screened pool area. It is far away from pool so doesn't get wet from pool water. I love the stand. It is solid and sturdy, but I wish it would have stayed looking nice instead of having most of the circular base edge where it says "frontgate" come off in a few pieces. Wish I could post a picture of how bad it is.

Great Addition to Your Pool!
This towel stand is a perfect addition to your pool. It holds 4 towels and it has a beautiful bronze finish. It enhances all of our pool/patio furniture. Very sturdy and good construction. Comes in 7 pieces and is vey easy to assemble with no tools needed. A great buy.

Excellent value
the quality of this item is apparent when it arrives. Very easy to assemble and sturdy. the height of the towel bars is ideal for beach towels. Impressive right down to the frontgate label on the base.

You will not be disappointed!
We were hesistant at first, the photographs do not do the towel stands justice. They come packaged to withstand the most rigorous testing the delivery service can dish out. Assembly took mere minutes (w/o tools) and once assembled, the piece exudes quality and craftsmanship. We have absolutely no concern about them tipping over, they seem to have just the right amount of heft without being overly burdensome to move. Raise a glass to no more towels hanging on the chairs!

Not well constructed
Unfortunately, this showed up with two arms having paint chipped off. The finish seemed, at best, poorly done. A second is on its way, hopefully it will have an improved finish.

Exactly as Advertised

Love it!
I haven't had it very long so I can't comment on durability, but the towel stand looks good and sturdy. I have it beside the hot tub (indoors) and it holds several large beach towels very nicely.

product review
This is a great product if you do not want to throw items into the dryer, or are short of indoor hanging space to dry items. It is also attractive looking; a similar product as sturdy and of the same quality would be hard to find elsewhere.

Cast-Aluminum Towel Stand
We bought this to go with our new spa. Very well made. Very heavy. Even South Texas winds can't blow it over. The finish on the stand is top quality. I'd recommend this product to anyone!

Outdoor towel stand

Highly Recommended
Very sturdy and attractive towel stand. We live in the desert where high winds can occur occasionally - this stand holds up well! The Bronze finish appears high quality although we haven't had a summer with it yet.

Disappointing finish
I was initially pleased with this product, but I found that after a few years the finish began to flake off. It should be noted that the towel stand was used in Florida in a screened enclosure, under cover, during the winter months. In the summer months the stand was stored in a garage. I would not recommend this product. I will say, though, that even though the towel stand was out of warranty, Frontgate issued me a gift certificate for half of what I originally paid.

Cast Aluminium Towel Stand
Item arrived as described. Very sturdy and well constructed. Looks great with our other furniture. Would have loved it more if the arms swivelled. Would definitely recommend this item to anyone who was looking for a spa towel stand.

Great towel stand!
Before this purchase I read many of the reviews on this product. Some reviews stated they experienced peeling or chipping of the finish.I have not owned it long enough to have any of those issues and I'm hoping it stands up well.
The product is very attractive and sturdy enough to hold the wet towels.It was very easy to assemble and so far I would definitely recommend this product. Sure looks better than towels laying over the poolside furniture etc.
