Disappointing Quality
I wanted to love this rug, and it is absolutely gorgeous in person, but the quality is very disappointing. The rug does not have finished edges and so the white lattice underneath shows through on all four edges. For the price of this rug, the edges should be finished. I own cheaper rugs that have quality, finished edges. I would be afraid to wash this rug. I ordered twice, and returned both times. Very disappointing.

Disappointing Color
I bought the 6' round Claiborne rug in red and it was delivered after 2 weeks. Unfortunately, the color was not the vibrant red shown in the catalog photos or online, but a medium brown!!! Nothing even close to red. Extremely disappointing. The quality of the rug seemed fine though, and if the color had been right I would have been very happy with the purchase.
