Classic Wreath

Classic Wreath
I have two front doors so I ordered two with the clear lights. They looked awesome. They were both the same size and hung beautifully on the doors. I kept the shipping boxes for storage. Can't wait to hang them next Christmas Season..

Beautiful Wreath
The wreath in combination with the two swags hanging from our lamps really made our entrance look beautiful.

Worth every nickel
Love this product. Matches older product perfectly. Lots of lights, year after year!

Great Wreath, for one season
The 5 foot Classic Wreath was spectacular -- for the first year, burning five hours a night for a few weeks. The second year a bunch of lights burned out, but the rest stayed on, then about Christmas, a whole section went dark. This year, the third, figured I'd just buy replacement bulbs -- Nope -- the high brightness, stay-lit bulbs are not available locally.
Fortunately three weeks before Christmas this year a nice Frontgate service agent agreed to sell me a bunch of the special bulbs because it would take a bunch to fix a catastrophic outage that gave me a half-lit "C" instead of an "O". Unfortunately, a week before Christmas, a notice that the bulbs would not ship that week. And today (New Years Day) another note it would be a month for the special bulbs I paid for.
We are habitual Frontgate shoppers and used to great quality so this is a surprise. I'm tempted to leave the thing half lit with a big sign "Frontgate", but it does not reflect our normal experience so i'll just leave it dark and replace it for next year. A Disappointment.

beautiful!
We decided to change and put wreaths on our front doors. we have a frontgate wreath on our back door and it is lush and beautiful. we bought 2 classic wreaths. they are spectacular. they are really bright and very full and elegant. i am thrilled! we also have the 2 4' hyde park trees, one on either side of the doors and now 2 3' pathway hyde park trees on one side by the house. our entrance looks so beautiful, thanks to front gate!

Beautiful
I used these 2 swags on the top of my fireplace mantel and set some mercury glass candle holders amongst the branches. It truly was beautiful. The swag was exactly as ordered and I was not disappointed. Good quality, full and lush.

Excellent Products So Far
I read many of the reviews prior to making my purchase and although they were mixed with regards to the durability of the lights, I decided to buy (2) 6' foot and (1) 9' foot garland to decorate my wooden double-door front entrance. I also bought two of the pre-lit wreaths. When I opened the boxes I was immediately impressed with the detail and weight of the garland and the wreaths. These are not your everyday greenery products. These are well made and are extremely full. All of the lights worked on every piece. I have had them up since early December and they are still going strong as they should. They look great during the day and shine well at night. There are ample lights throughout each piece and the pine cones and holly are large and detailed enough to be seen from 25 to 50 feet away during the day.
The pieces together really add an elegant almost regal touch to our home. I am very satisfied with the purchase.

Completely Satisfied
I purchased a Christmas door wreath w/lights and when it arrived, it was boxed perfectly, no damage of any kind and works perfectly. Completely satisfied w/my purchase, looks lovely on my front door...

Disappointed
I had purchased three other of these swags prior to the holidays. I liked them so well that I purchased more to use in other windows. Prior to receiving the others, two of the swags that I had purhased prior to the season burnt out. All the lights burnt out which would have required me to restring the lights. They did not even last one season - very poor quality.

nice for outside but too heavy to hang
I found this wreath too heavy.
It wouldn't stay on my door and was hard to hang
outside due to its weight.
December 21, 2012
No surprises :))
I purchased the Swag just after the Christmas holiday. When they arrived, I did plug them in and all the bulbs worked. I ordered the 5ft which does look long, but am excited next season to show them off. Also, they do have enough "decor" on them that you wouldnt necessarily have to plug them in even...

Still love it
I purchased this swag to hang from our entry light over 3 years ago and this year (Dec. 2012) the berries began to fade and half of the lights stopped working. So I was thrilled when a new and improved model went on sale after Christmas. I have thrown the old, well-loved and used, swag away and I look forward to using my new one next holiday season!

teardrop swags
This is my second time to purchase these swags. They are beautiful. The only downside is that they don't have LED lights. Frontgate could improve on that. Otherwise they are beautiful!

5 ft teardrop
I have not opened the boxes. They were purchased as replacements for some weathered ones. My friend who bought the same ones added some exta ornaments on them and they looked absolutely gorgeous.

Mixed emotions
The teardrop swag is gorgeous, however, these are to replace two that I purchased a couple of years ago.
It seems that the light kits are a little temperamental.
Not long after hanging these they lost lighting to one section and then by the end of the season the whole thing was out. Since I have tons of Frontgate products that I love and have been of good quality I am ordering again. Wish me luck!

Lifetime customer
This is my 8th Teardrop swag. I purchased them over the years after Xmas. This product is outstanding, compared with whats out there. Its full, just the right amount of lights, and the perfect combination of greenery. The after xmas price was just an added bonus,

Great Purchase
Very happy with our purchase, I was worried reading a couple of the reviews about the quality and lights not working, however we are so happy with our set or teardrops , window box decorations and garlands that I just purchased another set ready for next year.

Next To Fresh It's Best
For the most part I was very satisfied with these swags, as they are very well made and nice and full with a good variety of items included, like being pre-lit. My only complaint would be for a different hanging system. The ribbon is not ideal--some sort of thin metal plate that could be held under a window or shaped to hang from a railing would be better in my view, but I was well satisfied .

Great front porch decorations
These beautiful window swags were just the right size to put in the window boxes hanging on the front porch. They were carefully packaged and did not require very much freshening up before they could be displayed. A few boughs from the bottom of the Christmas tree enhanced their realistic look. The lights were already installed and just needed to be plugged in. They are well worth the money and have a quality look to them - not like cheap hardware store versions.

Teardroop Swag
Beautiful full garland, but lighting on end would come on and off

Love, Love, Love this swag
Absolutely beautiful. I've had it outside sitting in my window boxes for about a month now and it looks and works beautifully.

Problems with lights
I have purchased many items from this collection over the past 2 years. The arrangements are beautiful but on some of the window swags the entire string of lights burned out. On the wreath, half of the lights burned out and I had to add a strand. I first thought it to be a wiring problem but after examining the entire set of bulbs are black. I think a better quality of lights would alleviate this problem as I own many decorations, some 10 to 15 years old and the lights still work perfectly.

Beautiful Decoration
I needed an easier way to decorate my home this year because my husband had surgery. I love Frontgate products and when I saw the Classic Collection, I ordered a lot! Very good quality, the clear lights are bright and we have had many compliments of how beautiful our home looks.

So Pretty and So Handy
I love these smaller pieces for accenting window sills, credenzas and sofa tables. They enbable me to add more Xmas decor to either side of them. I have others from Front Gate and added two of these this year. I'm happy and pleased.
December 25, 2012
Not so much
I was a little disappointed in the number of lights and actual over all size.
December 21, 2012
Beautiful
I bought 10 of these three years ago. I love them. They are a very nice quality.
December 20, 2012
A bit disappointed on how to "hang" it
Though the swag is pretty, there is no real way to fasten it to the window ledge...there is a ribbon, but where do you attach a ribbon on the outside of a screened window? Would have expected some sort of clips or velcro adhesive strips to fasten to the window sill. Have improvised and used duck tape, but it continues to fall into the bushes below the sill.

Window Swags
These swags are very attractive and we have been using them for years. The reason for the 3 star rating is because the lights tend to stop working and it has nothing to do with blown fuses.

Another good purchase
Another fine example of the quality you get from Frontgate. This swag is lovely.

Classic Window Swag
Great window swag. I wish it was available in cordless also.

We have a total of seven 9 foot garlands purchased 4 years ago. Four have sections of lights out. However, we can't seem to figure out how to repair them. Some of the sections are in the middle of the garland while others are on the end with the plug. Since all of the remaining lights in the garlands work, it can't be the fuses. We can't find any broken lights. And, we can't seem to find out if the strands are continuious or not - there does not seem to be a connector between those sections out and those that are still on. What do you suggest we do?

Answer:
We appreciate your interest in this item. When a strand of lights does not light, it is because a bulb is broken, missing or has come loose from the socket. We recommend checking to make sure none of the bulbs have become unseated from the socket, which would cause a break in the connection and results in the light strand going out. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.6 months ago

No, they are not cordless...you run them in under your window sash. Window sash closes over both the ribbon you utilize to secure garland and the electrical cord without a problem.Length of Ownership: < 1 year

Battery operated lights or electric plug in?
This makes a difference as to where they can be placed. ie; must be near an electrical outlet or does not matter if battery operated.

I love the look of your outdoor greenery. How do I attach it to stone and stucco, I have no wood for nails. How can I make it work?

Answer:
We appreciate your interest in this item. To attach this wreath to stone or stucco, you would need to purchase the appropriate hardware from a local hardware or home improvement store. A representative there would be able to assist you in determining the correct hardware for your needs.Answer:
My landscaper put some nails into my stucco near the doorframe. They are not visible when greenery is taken down.Length of Ownership: 2-5 years
5 months, 3 weeks ago
Answer:
That would certainly be a problem. For brick or stone, my spouse had drilled small holes in the mortar to secure the hanging nail, and as it is grey in color, it blends in on the off season no problem. I don't think that I would do that with my stucco as you would be altering the integrity of the stucco finish and might allow water to penetrate. I would suggest visiting the stucco vendor where it is purchased from and they may have fasteners available that may do the trick without harm.Length of Ownership: < 1 year
