Amazing Pet Bed This is the second of this bed that we purchased. My dog loved the first one so much that I bought this second one for the downstairs living room. They are plush and very large and easy to put together when it first arrives. I do recommend buying the extra cover for the center pillow as it makes washing and cleaning much easier. The pillow is also cute and comes with a cover that can be taken off and washed. My dog is a lab/rottie mix and weighs 113 pounds. There's so much room that my two year old nephew can sit with him on the bed (or three kids can fit easily on it too). If you are worried that it's more than other dog beds, don't be. This bed is amazing! We've had several different types of dog beds over the years and I'll never by anything but this bed again!! April 12, 2013

Amazing! This dog bed is perfection! It really is even better in real life than it looks in the catalog. The online photo, as well as the print catalog photo do not do the dog bed justice. People actually think it's a little couch for my children. The bed looks sumptuous, but more importantly, is incredibly comfy for my 85 lb. German Shepherd.... with more than enough space to spread out. The bone-shaped pillow is a little useless for us, but may be good for others. I'm not sure how durable it is yet...haven't had it long enough to tell. April 12, 2013

Comfy Couch Dog Bed Our beagle, after being rescued, became accustomed to staying on her foster "mom's" couch. We couldn't break her habit when we adopted her until we bought the Frontgate couch dog bed. It's the first and only bed she has used. The quality of its construction is excellent and it's easy to clean. We were so pleased that we purchased a second one for her to use. April 12, 2013

My dog loves this bed! Arriving less than a week after I ordered it, I eagerly opened the boxes, the monogrammed pillow first, and my dogs immediately took off around the room with it, ears flying with glee. Then the Comfy Couch. I barely had time to pull off the wrapping before my little female was creeping into it to inspect. Then, and I'm not kidding here; I timed it, in six (6) seconds she claimed it as hers and has hardly left the bed since - I'm thrilled she likes it, and even more thrilled she's using it!!! quality meets comfort Attractive in our family room and seems to be very comfortable. My golden puppy does want to try to chew the tag so I need to find a way to remove that so she doesn't think the whole bed is a chew toy. I ordered the large and it is a good size but when our retriever is fully grown I would expect her to have her head on the bolster or it may be a tight fit. I just thought the XL would take up too much space on the floor. April 8, 2013

Comfy Pet Bed This is the second Couch Bed I've bought because it's the only bed my English Cockers haven't destroyed, although they mangled the upper bolster cover. The piping looks nice but provides the grip they need to begin disassembling the bolster. I use the first one with only the bottom bolster and since they've already opened the piped seam on the new one, I'll probably have to remove the top bolster on it too. I also use the removable cushions in their crates. The fabric is very strong, yet soft and washes well. April 3, 2013

Great Bed! Love this pet bed! It looks much nicer than a plain pet bed sitting around in the house. Our Boxer loves it! She likes to lay her head on the arms and prop up. She also loves the fact that the cushion comes up and out. That way she can hide her toys and bones under it. We got a large and Bella weighs 73lbs. It fits fine but she would have preferred an XL. Best Pet Bed Ever! I purchased this Pet Bed for my beloved Golden Doodle gal and she literally sinks into it every night when it's time for bed. It has been such a comfortable and supportive bed for her, we purchased a 2nd one for her daytime napping place which is in our laundry room where she faithfully waits our return home. This was my husband's idea....for while she has free roam and could sleep anywhere while we are gone, she awaits our arrival in our laundry area on the very hard tile floor. Now she positions herself in that one before we've ever left the house. The back & head support is firm and you can tell she really loves that part as she uses the sides for her pillow often. The quality is way beyond ALL pet beds I've ever purchased and I've recommended this bed to all our friends who have dogs. The material can be easily cleaned as it's removable for the washer. Well made but... This is a comfy, plush bed that will probably look great in any room. My large dogs like the "feel" of it but unfortunately, the largest size is too small for them to stretch out on. This is a bed for dogs that like to "roll up" when they rest-may not work well for long/tall dogs. March 26, 2013

A dog bed my wife can live with This comfy couch pet bed looks terrific! It's one that my wife finds compatible with the rest of the furniture...in other words, it doesn't look like a shabby dog bed. Best bed on the market We've had big dogs for years, but it wasn't until we got our retired racing Greyhound last year that I ordered this bed. We now have 3 of these beds for him in different rooms, he loves them so much. I've taken the covers off and washed them and they do great. They are an excellent price, look nice, clean easily and the doggie loves them -- can't ask for more. March 22, 2013

Awesome Bed!! We wanted to replace a seldom-used dog bed in our family room area with something a little more "cushy". This completely fit the bill, and is every bit as wonderful in person as it appears online. Comfy Couch Pet Bed This is a beautiful little bed and I am sure that my puppy will love to sleep in it. She will be small when she comes to live witih me - but will grow into the bed. I purchased a small - and it was larger than I anticipated. The washable covers are great and I purchased an extra cover so that we will always have a nice, clean cover available. The couch bed is in my great room waiting for my puppy's arrival. The monogramed bone pillow is too big for the bed and a puppy, so the pillow is on the sofa waiting to announce her arrival next week. I recommend the comfy couch pet bed if you want to provide your special pet with a bed of the finest quality. March 21, 2013

Fluffy Bed! This bed is awesome. We have a 75LB. pitbull who fits perfect on a size large bed. Other reveiws have complained about not being able to wash this bed but they just didn't see all three zippers this bed has. There's one on bottom and two on the inside of the bolster. Then you can easily wash empty bed with additional pillow. And unlike the washing instructions, you CAN wash pillow in top loading washer too. It washes very nicely. Bed will definitely spoil any dog. We got chocolate color and it is a very nice rich dark brown. Our dog actually curls so tightly in it, we may of been able to get a size medium but then he wouldn't of been able to spread out. The extra bone pillow was a nice addition but our dog had to be supervised around it. It looks like some of his other toys I get him. Actually if it was a little smaller with a few squeekers in it, it would make for a fun toy. And no, bone pillow does not have your dog's name on it. You have to pay to personalize the bone pillow. But is very cute. I'm only responding to some people's comments. Overall I would highly recommend for dogs without joint problems or dogs who have trouble getting out of bed because this bed is super fluffy and it kind of swallows the dog. We have an extra orthopedic bed in the other room from our previous dog who had arthritis. That's just my opinion about the bed. Hope it helps someone. March 8, 2013

Comfy bed This bed is plush, as stated and shown in the photos. However, the large size is stated to be for a 40-80 pound dog and is almost too small for our 50 pound dog, so be aware if ordering. One reason is that the arms take up much of the space of the inside of the bed. It seems durable (have only had a few days) and is very nice looking. Also, the sage is much lighter than pictured here - almost cream colored. Our dog likes pillows but has not used the arms for that thus far. Kind of wish the arms wrapped all the way around - but that would take away even more "bed" space. March 1, 2013

Very Durable After purchasing and returning multiple beds I can finally say " I have found the one"... We have a 70 pound boxer and 15 pound pug, I purchased the XL for our boxer and as soon as I opened the box and laid the bed down he got right on it and never moved... He can stretch out easily and loves to lay his head on the high corners so he can see whats going on. Our pug has his own bed but loves to snug with our boxer on his bed..And its big enough for both of them..Our boxer has been known to sneak on the couch while we are sleeping, I haven't found a trace of his hair since he has had his new bed.... After reading all the good reviews before I made my purchase I knew I couldn't go wrong...He is a happy dog and I am a happy customer!!! February 28, 2013

Best Purchase Ever I bought a comfy couch pet bed for my english bulldog 2 months ago and she totally dig it. It is pricey but it's all worth it for her comfort. I had only bought a large size which is just perfect but I wish I bought an XL especially now that I have another english bulldog that is only 11 weeks old and she's hugging the bed by herself and leaving the older one crying :( So now I am looking to puchase an XL size knowing that both of my babies will enjoy having a comfy nice bed. :) February 21, 2013

Best dog bed ever! I purchased one bed last year and my dogs fought over it so I added 2 more beds. Our Boston Terriers love the cushy seating and the bolstered sides to rest their heads on! One of them prefers the couch pet bed over my lap!!! They are so well made and look great even in our formal living room! I ordered two more for my grand dogs and my daughter loved them too! My Big Dog Luuuvs His New Bed I have a giant dog and took forever to order his first dog bed for fear he wouldn't like it or he'd be too big for it. Worth It! This is truly the best dog bed out there. My dog loves it!! Traditional beds, found at a local pet store, are not as full on the inside and the dog ends up sleeping feeling the roughness of the floor. With this one, I can even sit down in it and I never feel the hard floor. My dog weights 13 lbs and is about 36 inches long, and for him the Medium it's just perfect. This bed is durable and it stretches with the dog's sleeping position, so it's not as rough, but soft. January 16, 2013

I purchased the Comfy Couch Pet Bed approximately 2 years ago. The cushion now has has an odor. I do not have a removable cover and there are no zippers on the cushion. Do you sell cushions separately? If not, can I wash the cushion with the foam?
