Rated 3.5 out of 5 by 81 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by good enough to work on Florida Bugs... We purchased it to used on our big patio. It does the job.. Efficient. November 30, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Very Good Product Very pleased with this product. Easy to assemble, looks good, quiet operation and very effective at keeping the bugs away. September 9, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by It Works! Okay i'm giving this 5 stars only because i can't put 4.5. This thing really does work & i have a TON of moth's and other small insects in it. There is a way to empty it that i have not pursued because, well frankly, it grosses me out. I do think it has cut down on the population of moths & flying ants coming into our home, but the only issue i have is that it seems to ATTRACT a lot of them too! BIG beetles, large moths, odd insects. They seem to LOVE the light and gather around it like crazy, but they don't always make it in for whatever reason. Still, it definitely has an effect on # of insects bothering you & coming into your home with proper placement. Just not fun cleaning it out & looking at all of them around it! August 23, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best Insect Trap Ever! I have finally been able to enjoy evenings on my deck without being bothered by mosquitoes and other insects. I have put it in an out-of-the-way place where it's not even visible to guests, but it still seems to be clearing my deck of most of the bothersome nighttime pests. No noise, no chemicals...I love it! August 3, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by This will take care of what's bugging you! This really pulls in the flying insects. Don't forget to empty it. Very simple, quiet, nice looking. I really like the bronze color from Frontgate. I love the feeling of interrupting the breeding cycle of those darn mosquitoes. July 30, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Still going strong Because of all the late, wet weather this season the mosquitoes and other biting insects have been very bad in our area. We bought this mainly because of the 90 day return policy. Thirty days in we have a pile of non-beneficial insects in the bottom, the bees are still pollinating our trees and roses, and I can sit outside and enjoy my yard in the evening without swelling up from mosquito bites. Now if only there was a battery operated version we could take with us camping... July 10, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Well Over 100 Mosquitoes The First Night! I hesitated buying this because reviews were mixed. Some say they only catch a few moths and others say they catch hundreds of mosquitoes. I can proudly say that the very first night I have well over 100 mosquitoes in there! Setup was super easy too. The only negative is the optional Shephard's Hook which is surprisingly flimsy. It bends under the weight of the Dynatrap. April 20, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Bye Bye bugs Love my Dynatrap! Best thing on the market. No pesticides, no refills, no sprays. Very efficient at trapping critters. Easy to empty Only need to replace the bulbs (but I've had mine two seasons and haven't replaced them yet and the unit is still working effectively. October 20, 2014

Answer:
Thank you for your interest in the Dynatrap® 1250 Insect Eliminator. Both the Dynatrap® 1250 Insect Eliminator and the Dynatrap III Insect Eliminator provide up to a 1/2 acre of coverage; the difference between the two is how they are mounted. The 1250 comes with a stand, and the Dynatrap III has to be wall mounted or hung by a chain.
