Rated 5 out of 5 by self-inflating twin bed fulfills all expectations We purchased the Essential EZ Bed for an impromtu visit by a teen-aged grandson. The bed (and the grandson!) performed up to all expectations. Moving the bed in its protective cover to the appropriate location was a breeze with the comfortable handle and the sturdy wheels. Unzip the cover, orient the bed in the direction you wish, plug it in, turn the switch to "inflate" and in less than 3 minutes you have a comfortable raised twin bed whose firmness can be controlled by the degree of inflation you permit. Deflation is just as easy; turn the switch to "deflate", collapse the sturdy metal supporting structure and zip the bed in its cover. Deflated, it takes up very little storage room and the dark cover makes it inconspicuous in most settings. It's a convenient way to intermittently expand your accommodations and to do so comfortably and economically. November 23, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by Ideal backup guest bed When the last-minute need arose for an extra bed, we ordered this magnificent item. It arrived almost overnight, and when we plugged it in and turned the switch, it almost miraculously expanded all by itself, the feet folding down into their proper positions without us doing a thing. We gave our guests the master bedroom, and slept on the new inflatable ourselves, for three extremely pleasant and comfortable nights. Then, with another turn of the switch, it deflated itself automatically. A few nudges were needed to get the feet positioned, and we zipped up the package for long-term storage. What a great concept! Rated 5 out of 5 by WONDERFUL We had rented a cabin in May and they had one of these mattress there..we feel in love with how easy to inflate/deflate and the quality of it..so two weeks later we ordered one and now taking it on our next vavaction.... June 17, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Works Good as a Guest Bed I bought this as a guest bed for my visiting father. He said that it was very comfortable and he slept the whole night through. It was very easy to set up and to take it down. It is small enough to store in the closet when not in use. June 12, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Nice for guests Bed is easy to inflate and deflate. You do need a good mattress pad on top to be comfortable. On tile floors, the bed will move - best to use on carpet. Really love this bed; can take down everyday and reinflate at night with no problems. Would buy it again! June 10, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by EZ Air Mattress I was VERY pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to set up the queen size EZ air mattress. Your video accurately depicts the process and the mattress itself is very comfortable. Thank you for creating a quality product. June 7, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Inflatable Bed We had this item shipped to our son's house, as we were visiting for 4 days. It was an amazing bed because it was up off the floor and you could inflate to your desired firmness. Inflating was a flip of the switch (same with deflation) and the frame was part of the bed. Storage case was included. I would recommend! June 2, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Buy...Comfortable Bed The bed was very easy to set up. Guest said the bed was very comfortable. Very east to put away too. Wonderful buy! May 30, 2016

Answer:
A fitted bottom sheet worked just fine. Top sheet can't be tucked in but it hides the frame.

It'll be full at the end. YOu just have to test with your hand. It blows up fairly quickly. I'd say about a minute.

when the bed stops feeling firmer, that's it. I don't think it can be over inflated. I wouldn't let it ontinue pumping
you could overheat the motor.
