Estate Pre-Lit Wreath 3.8 5 27 32
Elegant decor I own three of these swags. They are awesome. Elegant. They are for the homeowner who wants to give their home an elegant appearance, separate their home from the tacky, run of the mill Christmas decorating so many folks fall victim to. I have had these swags for three Christmases and with proper storage, each year they look as good as when I first received them. November 19, 2014
Very Pretty I can't say anything about the performance because I purchased after the holidays, but it is very pretty with life-size greenery, cones and berries. I can't wait to see it on the door. May 7, 2013
A little thin with the materials I recently purchased this pot filler for Xmas. Usually, I am pleased with the quality of the frontgate items, however, these filler items for xmas are too thin for my liking. The materials are nice, but, not enough to make the appearance of the plant look real. I will have to go out and buy some more of the branches to make it appear fuller. January 30, 2013
Beautiful Vertical Sprays Our garland had seen its final day to we decided to try two vertical sprays on each side of our front picture window. We ordered two Estate Pre-lit Vettical Sprays and were very happy with their quality and how nice they looked on each side of our window. We received many compliments from the neighbors. Estate Pre-lit Vertical Spray This product is suppose to last 3000 hours however it does not come close to the predicted time frame . I used this product for the first 2 years at approximately 5 hours a day for around 25 days , this current year began with half of the lights shorting out , all at once . Half of the light are blown out and waiting for the remainder to go quickly . December 26, 2012
Estate pre-lit vertical spray Overall their appearance was fine but on one of the sprays only half of the lights worked. I tried everything, replaced the bulbs, fuses etc.... Still no luck. I would not recommend purchasing this item. December 24, 2012
Beautiful Decor Love our vertical sprays that we purchased from you many years ago that we decided to purchase an additional pair to compliment the others. Added red large bows above them and they look very festive. I like the fact that we are the only home that displays them and they stand out as being unique! December 22, 2012
Window Swag Unfortunately I had to return both. The swag was too small for our opening even though the window measures 30". Problem? It's thick in the middle and very sparse on the ends so it looks small. Also, unless you have a direct connection in your window sill, you have to run two extension cords across your front entrance. Not attractive... December 14, 2012

Answer:
Thank you for your interest in Frontgate. The greenery is plugged into outlets behind the piece. The "slack" part of the cord has been wired in place so that it does not hang out beyond the greenery.

if I connect 1 6ft garland with a 9ft garland, will the seam (or connected spot) be apparent or will it be seamless? I want enough garland to span a 6ft door with a couple swags and then 18" at each side but don't want to do so if the connection point is noticeable as that spot will be off-center.

Thank you for your interest in Frontgate. The Estate Garland does have a hook at one end so that you can connect the garlands together, which helps to provide a continuous appearance.

We had 2 garlands a swag and a wreath outside our house this year and noticed our fuse getting very warm. Would like to know the wattage and amperage of each so we can determine if the load was too large and how we might redistribute.

Additionally, one of the strings in the swag went out. I managed to jostle it a bit and it relit but can you confirm if the strings are able to stay lit is one bulb dies? If not, how do you find the bad bulb?
Thank you.

Answer:
Thank you for your patience while we contacted the vendor to obtain an answer to your question regarding this item. We were able to confirm that each bulb contains .4 watts. The 9' garland features 350 lights = 140 watts
The 5' vertical spray features 200 lights = 80 watts
The 30" wreath features 250 lights = 100 watts.
It is not recommended to plug more than 600 bulbs into a single outlet as this can cause the fuses to overheat or blow.
The lights are made so if one of the bulbs burns out, the rest of the strand will remain lit. However, if one of the bulbs is broken, loose or missing, or one of the fuses has gone bad, it will cause the entire strand to go out.

How are people hanging the garland? Do they use nails? Or some special hook?

Answer:
We appreciate your interest in this item. Garland can be hung using nails or mantle hooks - which can be purchased at a local hardware store, depending on where and how you want to hang the item. We also offer door hangers to drap garland around a door frame for both single doors (item 36499) and double doors (36500).
