Unbelievable
I bought this grill about a month ago - at first skeptical about the price...
It came on two large pallets, and took me about an hour to put together.
Build quality - excellent (all 304 stainless steel....)
Cooking Experience - incredible. Within 5-10 minutes the grille get to 1000F with the hood down using the infrared heat. You really have to watch what you're doing - otherwise you'll burn the food. The cleaning function (just leave the grille on high for 10 minutes after you good, burns off any residue... even fish skin.)
Customer Service - TEC customer service is unheard of (they answer the phone, in english, with a friendly voice, and follow-up).
No regrets (also - get the grille cover).

Your website for this grill only offers a natural gas model. Do you offer the model operating on LPG.? Is the model offered 100% stainless steel?. Does it come with two side shelves?

The item offered is made from corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel and does include the two side shelves.11 months ago
