very nice area rug
This is a very attractive small area rug. The pattern is very distinct, the colors are vibrant. It is in a high traffic area and so far it is handling all the footfalls very well.

Appearance
Very nice. Carpets were purchased for a condo building main entrance. We are very pleased. They look terrific and are nice quality.

LOVE IT
This is a rug to love,love,love. Soft yet feels like it will be very durable. I have two dogs and does not show any signs of snagging with their claws.

Sturdy and lovely
We loved this rug so much that we have bought 2 of them. We had the first one in our foyer and it held up to a lot of dirty human and dog prints from the outdoors. When I had it professionally cleaned, the cleaner commented that this was a really good rug! We were so impressed that we bought a second. It just looks great and holds up well.

The description was dark blue but I swear it's black. The center color is much brighter than I expected.

High Quality, impressive entry rug
It's all that you would want: Elegant first impression in an entryway, non-skid practical and not too thick but thick enough to be easy on the feet. Just what I was looking for.

Stylish Rugs
I purchased two of the gentry hand hooked rugs (a runner and an entrance area rug) for our foyer. the quality if very good and the colors/design are attractive. The price point was good and the sale price pushed me to replace the old rugs with these

Does this rug have a non skid backing

I purchased this rug before and it had the nonskid backing. However the backing washed off after only one cleaning and I then had to use a separate pad. The description does not say it has a non skid back but a woven porous back. I was wondering if this is the same rug since I really like the colors and wearability. I want to replace the ones I have because the backing is gone and they keep slipping underfoot. I even have a pad under them. When I first got them I didn't have to use the pad until I cleaned them. I especially like the fact that they can be hosed off since I used them in my kitchen.
