How to Redeem Your Gift Card

Our Gift Card is welcomed as a convenient form of payment at Frontgate.com, through our Customer Service department at 1-800-263-9850, or at any of our fine retail stores.

Online:

On the Payment page within Checkout, enter your 19-digit Gift Card number into the Gift Certificate/Gift Card field and click "Redeem". The value of your card will be deducted from your purchase amount. Any remaining card balance can be redeemed with future orders.

Customer Service:

When the representative requests a payment method, simply give them your Gift Card number. The representative will check your card's current balance and apply it to your order total.

Retail Stores:

When finalizing your purchase, simply present your Gift Card to the cashier. They will check your card's current balance and apply it to your order total.

Please Note:

• Up to three different gift cards can be redeemed per order.
• Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.
• Gift Cards do not have expiration dates.

Gift Wrapping

For just $4.95, we'll wrap your gift in our custom-designed paper, along with an embossed ribbon and bow. We'll also include your personal greeting.

Note: Order and shipment confirmation emails will be sent to the email address shown on the Billing Address page within Checkout. Orders with gift wrap or card selections require one extra business day for delivery.
