What exactly is Reflexology?

Reflexology, or zone therapy, is the practice of stimulating points on the feet, hands, or ears, through applied pressure, to benefit other parts of the body and to improve general health. The most common form is foot reflexology, in which the reflexologist applies pressure to points on a person's foot. Will I get the best results from a higher intensity setting?

No. Choose the level of intensity that feels the best. Using too-high of an intensity level will cause your muscles to overwork themselves, resulting in pain, fatigue, or aggravation of an existing symptom.

What is the optimal amount of time I should use the Electro-reflexologist?

It is recommended that you use the Electro-reflexologist for 30 minutes each day to achieve optimal results. If necessary, the device can be used for six sessions, 30 minutes each, or up to 3 hours of treatment time per day. Resting for regular intervals between uses is necessary. It is also recommended that you drink a glass of water after using the Electro-reflexologist to help with the detoxification process.
