Good Investment If You Love Grilling
Love Charcoal Grilling & Love this Stone. No more worries about small food or seasoning falling through grill grate. Tip: When Grilling w/Charcoal - The Lava Rock can not take 'extreme' direct heat or it will crack. cooking stone
excellent stone for making pizza on the grill, crust becomes brown and crusty and was delicious, the only problem was I had to assemble the pizza on the grill since the stone needs to heat up, need to obtain a pizzaa board or something similar to slide pizza onto the stone, I would highly recommend

Works great!
The Lava Rock BBQ Cooking Stone works great on our grill. I'm using it to make home made pizza. It gives the pizza a great grilled flavor and cooks it to perfection. The top is well cooked and the cheese is bubbly. The crust is nicely browned and crisp. It tastes like it was made in a good pizza oven in a restaurant. You have to know how to bake pizza and watch it closely because of the high temps. you can use on the grill. You need a pizza peal to move the pizza around. It cooks very quickly. Tasty!
