LED Deck Light is rated 4.8 out of 5 by 4.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quality The lights are very attractive and produce a constant, low light at night. If movement is detected, the light comes on bright enough to see, especially on a dark night. We don't have street lights so these lights are very effective.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simple Yet Great This is my second purchase of these deck lights. So I'm guessing you already know my review. My first purchase was last year, and they held up so well we decided to add additional lights to areas we only want aluminated for visual purposes. We are very pleased with the performance and durability of these lights and would highly recommend to anyone seeking motion lighting.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I've been putting these everywhere! I bought three for a 16-step wood stairway down to our front door. That was all I needed to make it light enough for us to come down without the porch light. The regular low glow at night is sufficient to see if something's sitting on the stairway, and the sensor light switches onto bright mode a few feet before I reach it. The first set of batteries lasted a full year. I went back and bought 10 more of these lights for an outdoor side-stair pathway where my dogs explore after dark. The only mistake I've made was mounting these too high up on the side posts for the sensor to detect small dogs. I put one above a dog door on my deck, but it doesn't detect them at all. So the sensor really only detects movement directly at their level or above.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Functional and considerate We love these lights! The entry to our house is long and steep, so lights are essential. We wanted something that wouldn't make our neighbors feel they lived next to an airstrip with bright lights on all the time, but have had limited success with motion-sensing technologies in the past. These are simple and work beautifully. We bought a supply of rechargeable C batteries and charger to keep them running happily. I'd love if they came in a metal-cover option, but will be quite content with these.

Can I just keep it ON all the time if I do not require a motion detector? Bright or low setting?

Asked by: KEM1
Thank you for your interest in the LED Deck Light. This light has an accent light that runs from dusk to dawn that will get brighter when motion is detected.
