Luxe Edition Kai Float 4.1 5 82 86
Great for kids Felt like a hot dog in a bun when I tried to float on this thing. The filler just slides to the side and encases you. One cannot possibly float on this like the man in the picture. But the grandkids love to play on it and have had a great time as all three can float at the same time. I would have sent it back had it not been for the grandkids. July 15, 2014
human hot dogs The float is made of high quality materials as far as the top and bottom - the beads inside are also fine just not sufficient amount and it would be better if it was at least somewhat baffled - you can end up like a human hotdog in this float and unless you put most of the beads toward the headrest area your head will be wet most of the time. Likely a better float for petite types who like to be cushioned on all sides. We won't be buying more. Thought it was a good potential for laying on one's stomach and tanning the backside comfortably - not so much. August 13, 2014
Best Floats ever These floats are awesome and your dog won't want to try and pop them. August 10, 2014
King Kai float We love this float. Have used it now for several months with 10 & 8 year old boys horse playing and jumping onto it. It hasn't lost a single "white ball". Some reviews state that they find them in their pool, the little ball filling, but we have not had a single one. I think they may have a hole in theirs or something. My boys run and jump onto it from the pool deck, and not a single piece of filling. My husband is 6'1" and it's still a little short, his feet hang off. But he loves this float. It is very sturdy and comfy. We got the striped color, very pretty. Only issue we have is storage. Trying to figure a way to store it, you have to leave it out to dry out completely. And that takes a day, maybe. But that is the on,y issue we have with it. I never thought of storage before ordering it. June 21, 2014
Great floats Very large and accommodates large persons. Also good for 2 small persons. Dries quickly for continuous activity. Handle on top makes it easy to take out of pool with one hand as other holds a drink. July 31, 2014
Great fun pool toy The Luxe Edition King Kai Float is the most relaxing pool float ever; relaxing on it in the warm water of my pool is like a return to the womb. July 17, 2014
Super Floats My guests find these floats the most comfortable. I originally only had two (which they fought over) so I purchased two more for this season. Without a doubt 5 stars !!!!!!!! July 16, 2014
No Complaints We received our float a few weeks ago and really love it. The fabric is very soft and I love the color. It is the most comfortable float I have ever used. It is always cool to the touch and sinks just enough into the pool to keep you cool while in the sun. I got the smaller size and its not heavy at all. So far no complaints. I do wonder why the backside is so see through. I would have preferred a solid back rather than see all the bean bag materials but its not that big of a deal. Actually considering ordering a second one. As far as durability, I haven't had it long enough to comment. July 16, 2014

Answer:
I can share my experience. I have had the float in the pool all day with no ill effects. I have been pulling it out at the end of the day just because I'm so in love with this raft that I want to take good care of it. I have used it every day for a month and it still looks like it did when it was brand new.

Answer:
I have left them in over night - but typically we hang our on towel hooks that we installed on our fence.

I've just received the 2 floats I ordered. Are they ready to use or do they require inflating?

Answer:
We appreciate your interest in this item. The Kai Floats are filled with buoyant foam beads and do not require inflation. They are ready to use out of the box, however you may want to shape them a little bit in an effort to spread out the beads that may have settled during shipping.

Answer:
It's ready to go. When you're finished let the water drain out of the lower back section and then it won't be heavy anymore.

Answer:
We are unaware of pellets leaking out of this item unless there is a tear or rip in the fabric/seam.

Answer:
I have had this float for two seasons and have never experienced pellets leaking from it. I'd have to tear the float to get pellets to fall out.

Answer:
Absolutely no pellets in the box and I cannot imagine any pellets getting out unless you cut the mesh in the back. It is extra strong so I cannot see that accidentally happening.

Answer:
No - I wondered the same and only imagine that the person who experienced that plunged a knife DEEP inside the box when it arrived. Carefully open the package as you would anything. The netting where you can actually see the "beans" is incredibly durable.
