its ok
i know this safviah brand and bought one of their contemporary rugs, cheap, at home goods and its really nice. this one is also nice wool, but the knots per inch are low, which does not make it a fine oriental rug. and knowing the oriental rug market as i do > this rug costs a lot for the quality (when considering kpi). if you want a fine oriental rug, dont buy this. if the rug works in your space, as it does mine, i would buy it - its thick and nice. i have a huge hall and bought the biggest rectangle and a coordinating round. it works, its nice enough and i am done. besides, after my husband carried it up the stairs, i had no choice but to keep it bcz it was so heavy - he said its staying!!

Maulvrier Area Rugs
These rugs are VERY poor quality. After vacuuming, little tufts come up & it look very bad. The hand tying is not done correctly. Don't buy these rugs. They recommend not to cut off the little tufts, so it ruins the appearance. Also, the colors are more green than the pictures look on the internet & catalog. Warning to not order these poor quality rugs.
