Great but bad patch of stitching
This is a perfect rug that I plan to use indoor, however, there is a dark rough patch of stitching which is noticeable because it is on the lighter part of the rug. Disappointed.

A beautiful rug indoors or outside
We bought this rug to use in our family room and it looks and feels great underfoot. The combination of black, white, and cafe au lait works well with our furniture and keeps looking new under heavy traffic. A rug pad underneath is essential if you are laying this rug over ceramic tile or wood-it helps keep the carpet from slipping and makes it comfortable even on bare feet. I highly recommend this carpet for both indoor and outdoor settings. The one we have on our patio looks elegant and really helps create an outdoor room setting.

Washed out looking before its time
This out door rug was a slight disappointment in that the black color which formed the design was "washed out looking" and dulled by the neutral fibers woven through it. This prevented the design from standing out and made the whole rug look worn and washed out .

Pleasantly surprised
0rdered round 8 inch rug and it was delivered promptly. Put it in my living room. Lays flat no curling edges. Lots of compliments, even from husband who usually never notices those types of things . Test of time will be durability.

Beautiful rug
I loved the rug. Quality was outstanding. However, the color did not work for me. Front gate was awesome with my return. I would not hesitate to purchase another item in future.

Durable floor covering
I have been purchasing items from Frontgate for the past 10 years plus and have never been disappointed with my purchase. The quality of the products is exceptional as well as the service. The outdoor products are very durable and hold the color for years. My purchases have generally been outdoor items and holiday items. I am still using some of the pool item I purchased in 2001. Thank you for selling high quality products that last.

How to straighten?

My medallion outdoor rug was rolled up in the attic all summer while we had construction done outside. Any hints on how to straighten out some of the bumps that are there when I unrolled it? Thanks!

We appreciate your interest in this item. To straighten your rug, we recommend rolling your rug in the opposite direction and leaving it rolled for at least a hour. This will often times reverse the wrinkles created from being rolled up. We would also recommend laying the rug out flat and placing a heavy item or piece of furniture on all 4 corners of the rug for a few days until it will lay flat on its own.8 months ago
