Rated 5 out of 5 by The Tables on side bed are Fine FYI - when putting the pieces together, put the bottom middle piece on last, this way the tables slide down for you to insert the screws for the arm rests. I unpacked, which seemed to take as much time as my brother putting it together. Our middle piece was cracked, they have a new one on the way. My brother made it look easy, he's not young and does not do this type of work. First time with teak on water, have had for only 1 week, the Melbourne set. I'm not crazy about the corner of teak, cushions are perfect seem to cover these hard corners. We love our FG products! April 5, 2016

Rated 4 out of 5 by Melbourne Sofa Well . . . it is not a two person job to assemble. It is too wieldy. While assembling it, which was quite difficult, it broke so a new one is being sent as a replacement. My question to Frontgate is that for these elevated prices on the furniture, couldn't you throw in assembly of the furniture? All you include for assembly is an allen wrench, glue, and screws. The holes that were predrilled for the screws are not particularly easy to line up. The instructions aren't easy to follow. Were they written up in Indonesia where the furniture is made? While we are loving other pieces to this set, we will NEVER purchase furniture again unless it is preassembled. July 30, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by nice chair, poor armrest design Bought this along with other Melbourne items (love seat, round table, side table, 4 dining chairs)...The notion of a double-chaise lounge is nice, but someone fell down in the design phase-- the two slide out cocktail trays along the side of the chair which come pre-installed are a nice feature, but the problem is one CAN'T install the arm rests without drilling a hole through the tray slats to tighten the allen wrench screws that keep the arm rests tight. In addition, the screws strip rather easily, so you have to be careful when tightening. On the whole, the unit is nice, but the arm rest construction is deficient. July 19, 2012
