If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, simply return it within 90 days and we'll replace it or refund the cost of the item (excluding Shipping and Processing fees). In addition, we will repair or replace any product for a full year from the date of shipment. Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized or made-to-order cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective.
Currently, return labels are not sent for items that ship directly from the manufacturer, items that weigh greater than 50 lbs, or items that require Truck or In-Home return service. If your order was delivered via Truck or In-Home service, please contact us to schedule a return pick-up at 1-800-436-2100 to coordinate the pick-up of any large Truck or In-Home item for return.
Although Frontgate fully supports manufacturers' warranties, our return guarantee does not include freight charges for international returns. If for any reason you choose to return a product from outside the U.S., international shipping charges must be pre-paid.

Standard Delivery orders are shipped via standard ground service, and generally will arrive in 3-7 business days. For even faster delivery, we offer Next Business Day and Two Business Day Express Service (can be applied to orders placed before 3:00 PM EST Monday through Thursday and before 10:00 AM Friday).

Shipments to HI, AK, and PR require Express Delivery. Express Delivery applies only to orders placed before 3:00 PM EST Monday-Friday.
Oversized Delivery - Additional shipping charges are based on the weight of the item, and may be applied in addition to standard Shipping and Processing charges for each oversized item. Additional charges may accrue for orders over 15 lbs. If any additional fees are incurred, a Customer Service representative will contact you before any charges are applied to your credit card.
Through-the-door Truck Delivery -Truck Deliveries are typically made 1-2 weeks from the date of shipment between 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Friday. There is a 4-hour window for delivery. The minimum fee for Through-the-door Truck Delivery is $149 per shipment. Through-the-door Truck Delivery does not include unpacking or placement in room. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are available by special request. Shipping rates must be coordinated through the transportation department, and the item may require longer transit time.
In-Home Delivery - We will work with a common carrier to schedule delivery of the item into your home, place it where you want it, inspect it, and remove packaging materials if you'd like. The minimum fee for In-Home Delivery is $198. In-Home delivery does not include assembly.
International Shipping - A customer service representative from Frontgate will contact you within one to three business days after your order to provide a final shipping quote before your order is shipped or any charges are applied to your credit card. Quotes for shipping outside the U.S. and Puerto Rico do not include any applicable duty, value added taxes (VAT), or import consumption taxes.

The instructions to put the two frame parts together were very poor. But, we did get them together.
We still cannot figure out how to adjust the seat height. We have a call into the manufacturer for help on this. Therefore, I am not using the bike at this time so cannot comment on how well it works in our indoor swimming pool.
This product was very disappointing. It was extremely difficult to assemble. Once assembled the seat would not stay secure and the pedals were difficult to move without a lot of force. I would not recommend this product.
