Great Space Saver
I love the oversized 4-tier shelf. I have it in my basement to organize what use to take up quite a bit of space. Now its all contained neatly in one area. The shelves were very easy to put together. Its best to have someone help you when actually putting on the shelves to the legs. The unit is very sturdy and very well made. I would recommend it highly to anyone.

good, but
The shelves are great. However, the casters did not screw all the way into the shelves so when I put stuff on the shelves and tried to roll the shelves, the coasters bent.

No more items on the floor of my basement!
Finally, a shelving unit that is WIDE enough to hold all the luggage AND all my holiday boxes. And they are off the basement floor. In addition I can actually see everything - no more digging through boxes to find something. I'm thrilled!

Something to think about
Once the shelf unit is assembled there is not an easy way to lift the unit since the shelves drop down onto the "anchor" for each corner. If you try to lift the unit, the shelves lift off rather than the unit raising-something to think about...

Shelves
The shelves themselves were 'alright' but not really the quality I was expecting. The castors were very poor - two failed/collapsed while moving the first shelf. That hurt my overall impression.

Great Product
loved the shelving unit, did not like that the wheels came 3 days later and UPS delivered it to the post office and then they delivered which took an additional day. we couldn't use it until we had the wheels on. its stacked full and we love it.

Bad Wheel Casters
The wheel casters on many of the leg/support rods failed to fit completely into the rods. While screwing in each wheel caster it became apparent that of the thirteen (13) total legs (corner unit, plus two regular shelf units) the casters would not screw into seven (7) of them even after we re-ordered replacement casters thinking they were the problem.
Finally we decided to abandon the wheels and insert the "in-place" foots for each leg. I now need to pursue returning the caster and getting a refund.
I am not pleased by the waste of my time on this issue, but the shelves are otherwise made well and bear much weight.

Excellent Product, but one I ordered was defective
I have 3 of the oversized shelving units, and they are fantastic. I really like the large wheels that you can attach to the bottom which makes them easy to move around my basement. What's more, 2 of the wheels lock. I decided I needed a 4th unit and when i began assembling it the wheel attachment points on the bottom of the four corner supports were not drilled in far enough, so the bolt that screws in would not "turn in" fully, meaning the wheels would not attach properly. This unit is heavy, 100 lbs, but I packed it up, back in the original box, and maneuvered it onto the front porch by myself. The next day (thanks to the very courteous and apologetic customer service rep at Frontgate) the UPS man came by with preprinted pickup lables for the box and took it away to be shipped back to Frontgate. And I didn't need to be there meaning I didn't need to miss work. I could not have asked for a more convenient return.
So although this experience with this recent purchase was disappointing, my experience with the 3 other units I have was not. I'm sure this was a one-off problem as the quality of Frontgate products is top notch. As I said, the 3 I already have are wonderful. They're easy to assemble, hold a lot of weight, glide around my basement floor even with all that weight on them) and they look beautiful too. Very high quality. I highly recommend them. And to top it off, Frontgate 800# customer service people are wonderful.

Great Looking, Sturdy Shelving
We own four of these shelves. They handle a lot of our garage storage well. I'd give them five stars but they do require a lot of patience to put together. On our last order, the added casters didn't fit right and we had to send them back and use the included feet instead.

Great Buy
These shelves are everything I hoped they would be...I bought them so I could remove 3 sets of fixed shelves that were in my garage when I bought the house. I purchased 2 sets of the oversized shelves to replace the 3 fixed shelves...I was impressed with the workmanship, sturdiness, and ease of assembly. I also purchased the wheels which make moving them around real easy...overall I'm extremely happy

Love it!!
This product was easy to assemble...as my husband and I usually cringe and stay away from assembling ourselves. Wide spaces are great for all size boxes and bins. Only regret is that I didn't order more.

Great Idea But Failure In Component Design
The over-sized wire shelving is a great idea. However, the casters designed for these shelves, is a major design failure!
Having spent a great deal of time assemblying the shelving and attaching the casters, I was startled when one of the casters failed (bending ninety-degrees) before the shelves were half loaded!
Upon disassembly, prior to returning the shelves, I found another of the casters bent bringing the total to two! I think this problem could be easily rectified with a rethink on the caster attachment design plus changing to a heavier-duty caster.
If the above recommendations are ever incorporated into this product, I would still be very interested in acquiring another of these items.

storage galore

poor purchase
The shelving in one case was too large, the replacement order was too small. Thank you for making the return and account credit a pleasure. The second shelving order needs five shelves, four is too small, but perfect for some one with a town home. the catalog photo is over rated.

The Best Storage Shelving Ever!
I recently purchased the oversized garage shelving and casters. We were able to move everything up off the floor and organize our stuff. Because the shelves roll, I'm able to have access to both sides of the shelving easily. If I had the space, I would order a second one.

shelving is great
These shelves are absolutely wonderful. No tools required and very easy to assemble. The rollers are large enough to make the whole unit easy to move about even when loaded. The whole unit is sturdy and very well designed. Well worth the price. The liners included are an additional bonus. The packaging has been well thought out and arrived in good condtion. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for strong easy to put together shelving.

Best purchase
I needed to replace shelving in the basement and this worked out perfectly. I can roll the shelves around in case I get any water in the basement - and boxes won't get wet.

Very practical
This was a great buy! Extremely easy to assemble and with the casters, it's a breeze to move around. The extra deep storage shelves hold what other storage racks can not. Very impressed with the quality.

Solid construction and good finish work. It would be beneficial to have taller vertical rods so a fifth shelf could be added.

Simply the BEST storage racks!
We purchased the stainless storage racks (36" deep). This was the deepest shelving unit we found anywhere and they are the BEST quality! We love them and could not be happier w/ our purchase. I only wish I had more space for another rack!

Second time around
This is the second time I had to purchase the rolling casters for the shelving unit. The first ones bent and tilted the entire unit making it unusuable.

The shelves are better then advertised
Easy to assemble. Strong, good looking and efficient. Did have some trouable with the wheels but Frontgate Customer Support preovided excellant support and so far everything has worked out.

Well Made
The shelves are well made, very sturdy and easy to assemble. The screws for the liners were very small and a bit awkward to use. The extra width is nice so that bigger boxes and containers fit without spilling over the edge. The unit looks nice too.

Organization at its Best1
I was in the process in the process of moving when I made this purchase. It helped me get organized tremendously! I actually didn't use it for my garage because I have another huge Frontgate garage shelf unit that takes care of my garage needs. I put the new shelf unit in my basement to store all of my entertainment accessories such as my beverage cooler, ice bucket, summer dishes/glassware, double warming trays, grilling utensils, etc. It was easy to assemble and it rolled right into place. To top it off, the wheel brake system is very stable, so I know it's not going anywhere unless I want it to.

Best Purchase Ever
The oversized chrome four-tier shelf was easy to assemble. I was able to put it together by myself. It held more than I ever imagined and looked so nice I decided to order another one.
