Rated 4 out of 5 by from Was hesitant ..... Purchased a set of 2 of these lounge chairs. We love them and they are so comfortable, lightweight and look good on our pool deck. Was hesitant after reading the reviews that they break easily. The delivery people were especially rough with the chairs and literally dropped the box off the truck-they knew I was watching them! Two pieces chipped off the underside of one end piece. We decided to keep them because you cannot see it and it isn't a weight bearing piece. Hopefully they didn't crack the chairs somewhere that we haven't seen! Beware of the delivery people. What a shame they treat purchases like they did.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from They "look" great! Have not used them yet but they look nice. They are made in Spain and they feel steady however, time will tell. Were packaged very well by Frontgate.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Quality/Comfort of Pacific Stacking Chaise I just received two of the Pacific Stacking Chaises and wanted to share a few quick comments with other potential buyers. The chaise has a sturdy plastic frame and a mesh cover that should be great for pool use. It's somewhat heavy (30 lbs?) and awkward to carry, but there are rollers on the back feet, making it easy to reposition. I'm 5' 8", and didn't find the chaise to be particularly comfortable except in the full upright (sitting) position. When reclining, my head hits the top of the plastic frame, and there needs to be some lumbar support.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not what I expected. I purchased these last summer and they have faded terribly and the frame has cracked. Thank you Frontgate for sending a truck to pick them up.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed! I purchased two of these. They hold water when it rains. This has caused staining and mildew. Customer service would not do anything about it because it had been over a year since I bought it. I've ordered from them for a long time. Some of the products are good quality but some are not. I've been disappointed with them before!

How do you "lift up " the back of the chair?

There must be a release of some sort......I cannot lift it up without breaking something.....I see the notches clearly but cannot get the chair into a sitting position....
Asked by: LinPK
If you gently pull out the sides of the chair (to the left and right of the backrest), you can easily lift the backrest into position. When you fold the backrest back down, it clips into the flat position.

Your print catalog says this is an aluminum coated frame, but your website says it's polypropelene. Can you clarify what this is made of?

What is the mesh sling made of?

We've owned these chairs for several years (they held up well in the NM sun), but this year they are extremely "prickly" as if they contain fiberglass, and you can't sit in them. They are unusable now.

How do you USE this chair in positions?

I cannot seem to move the back of the chair to put in positions? There are no instructions.
Asked by: RoxyL
Thank you for your interest in the Pacific Stacking Chaise. There are notches in the frame of this item. To adjust the back lift it up and place the support bar into one of these notches.
