Picollo Tilting Umbrella 3.5 5 2 2
not easy to use This is an attractive umbrella but is cumbersome to open and close. There are small parts that are unique to this umbrella and would be hard to replace if lost. These small parts have to be removed in order to open and close the umbrella. Furthermore the pole that you are supposed to use to change the angle of the umbrella is too high for someone under 5'5" to reach. I would not purchase this umbrella again. Good if you plan on setting it up and never moving it. April 14, 2013
a good compromise I wanted to install permanent 'sail' cloth over an open patio but the pricing was too much so I searched for an umbrella but did not want a standard, through the middle of the table one. This was a good compromise. I purchased the stand where you could place your own tiles in the base and the base disappears into my travertine. Very nice touch. The only complaint was that there were instructions included in the package that did not apply and therefore was a little confusing when putting it together. June 23, 2011

Answer:
Thank you for your patience while we contacted the vendor to obtain an answer to your question regarding this item. The base frame is stabilized using 8 square pavers (16"x16"x2") - which are not included with the purchase of this item. Unfortunately, there is not a video of this item going up and down. We apologize for any inconvenience.
