Set of Two Pro Series IV Spotlights 4.2 5 76 79
Poor quality Two and a half years ago we purchased 2 sets of the spot lights .We loved them so I ordered several more sets several months later. At almost a year the first set would not work so we sent it back and were sent a replacement set. Very good. Several months later one of the solar pads melted. We were sent new batteries. Then another set died we were sent a new set. Then another set died and we were sent a new set. Now three years later none of the sets work. During one of the many conversations with the help people we were told they were placed where it was too hot! They have solar panels!! We live in San Jose Ca not Death Valley. Very disappointed in the product. To bad because when they work they are great. April 6, 2014
Quality Solar Lights I live in Florida. The hot and wet weather can be a problem for anything left outdoors. These lights have held up extremely well. We have had a set for 2 years with no problems. We just bought two more sets. Love these lights! April 3, 2014
Pro Series Spotlights I would not purchase these again. They are tied together by wire to central solar panel. They do not seem to spotlight. March 25, 2014
Bight and Well Made I have two sets of these lights for my personal use. This set was ordered for my HOA to put up inside our gazebo at my recommendation. While some solar lights are bright they are made with a plastic base or plastic stakes...why is a good question. Making something of plastic that is out in the sun daily is beyond me! These lights are made of metal and they have enough cord to allow the best placement. I am sure I will purchase another set in the future. Well worth the price. They should last for years mine have. Superior Solar Lights These lights are attractive to look at and they put out a very nice soft light. They were easy, even for me, to put together. They are fair superior to any other solar lights I have seen. We are using them to highlight a statue and they are perfect. Thank you Frontgate! I can not rate durability because we have only had them two weeks. But they appear to be a very high quality which should hold up. January 20, 2014
Didn't work in our situation The lights didn't work in our lot because they didn't get enough sun. I'm sure they would work if they were in bright direct sun all day. December 26, 2013
Gorgeous lights I havent put them out yet because of the weather. But I can sure tell these are well built. Im looking forward tothe spring to set them up. December 21, 2013
Very well constructed & does well on lighting I have always wanted spotlights on my trees but didn't have the funding or tolerance for digging up the yard. These are very sturdy (heavy) constructed spotlights that light up my tree (base) very well. Easy to install and to move around. While I wish they were as bright as electrically installed spotlights, they are excellent for solar. December 20, 2013

Answer:
Thank you for your interest in Frontgate. Up lights provide a wider beam of light, while a spotlight provides a more focused beam of light. For illuminating a wreath, a spotlight would be the best option.

Will the lights be stable on a patio constructed of pavers, since they cannot be staked into the ground? Are there any cords to deal with, either between the lights or between the lights and the solar panel?

Answer:
Thank you for your interest in Frontgate. The lights would not be stable without the staked bases. There is a cable running between each of the lights and the solar panel.

Answer:
Thank you for your interest in Frontgate. Solar panels should still work in the fog. Fog and clouds, unlike shade, allow some sunlight to reach the panel. The amount of power you’ll generate depends on the thickness of the fog. Once the fog burns off, the sun will further charge the solar panel.
