Dissapointed with embroidery The embroidered letters don't look good. The width of each letter was not the same. The "L looks thin or narrow compare with the Q. The same occurred with the R. The density of the stiches should be the same in the 3 letters to look like a professional embroidery February 6, 2010

Wonderfully Plush towels We bought 2 of these towels about a year ago and loved them so much that we recently bought some more. They're super thick (my kids refuse to use any other towels now) and absorbent. It takes a couple of washings to work up to their full absorbency, but you'll love them. the color holds up very well with repeated washing too. February 6, 2010

Worst purchase ever On the positive side, they were big and comfy. On the negative side the color got distorted almost immediately. I've had dark green towels used heavily without a color distortion. In the first day my seagreen towels had beige spots and one turned completely beige (and no I didn't wash it in bleach). This was the worst towel purchase I have every made. If you are going to order them, make it white and have a big washing machine. February 5, 2010

Very rich, plush, comfortable and absorbant towels! Colors and initials very pretty. Only problem is that, as a new towel, it sheds some material. I assume one or two washes will resolve that. February 4, 2010

Customer Service Ordered monogrammed towels. Unfortunately, the monogram was unacceptable. Customer service readily arranged for a return and shipment of new towels with no monogram since it was not possible to fix the problem. Prompt and efficient service. Best Towels on the Market! I have purchased many brands of towels from all the leaders. However, the FG resort towels are by far the best I have ever had.
