Great towels The towels have a very nice feel and are very absorbent. Not really sure I like the 5" banding, especially with a monogram that is only 2" tall, it makes the monogram looks really small. One of the reasons I bought these over competitive brands, was for the size of the hand towel. It's like a mini bath towel, most of the other brands were more like a large washcloths. looked better in ad Special advertised towel looked great, nice and wide. But after washing there was a lot of shrinkage. The label did say to wash in cold water, but my towels are never washed that way. Probably would have stayed wide. it is soft February 18, 2013

Superb towels. The towels are gorgeous, the color is a beautiful deep, deep red, the texture is so plush and wonderful it makes me want to throw all my other towels away. A disappointment. These are okay towels, nothing outstanding, and certainly not what the ad campaigned in WSJ. I ordered several without checking and will live with these. Soft towels, terrible monogram The towels are quite soft and feel great. However, upon washing them the ink from the monogram leaked and stained all of them! They now have purple streaks throughout. I washed them in the delicate cycle with cold water. February 14, 2013

Soft and luxurious We purchased all new towels for both the master bath and the kids' bath, and we all love them! Although the reviews were overwhelmingly positive, we were concerned that some graded absorbency low. We have followed the laundering instructions to a tee, and have had no problems with absorbency, which makes me wonder if those that are disappointed are using fabric softener or in some other way, not laundering as directed? Lap of luxury My sister-in-laws had a selection of Resort towels sent to us for Christmas. We almost immediately ordered additional towels to round out the collection. Someone else commented that these towels make their bathroom feel like a spa--and I can see why! These are simply the the nicest towels I've ever owned or seen in anyone's home. I'll be recommending them to everyone I know. So far they have held up well to washing, a big plus in my book. They seem quite well made, with solid stitching that should keep them from framing or pulling out of shape. To coordinate with these, we also ordered two Resort non-skid bath rugs, which are also well made and beautiful. February 13, 2013
