no more than ok We bought this Reversible Nonslip Are Rug Grip to stop your really beautiful runner from moving about on the wall-to-wall carpet underneath. It still moves, though it moves less. It needs re-adjusting about twice a week, instead of every second day. April 22, 2013

great pads These are wonderful pads. They hold the rugs in place, don't slip, are lightweight, do not become friable over time, and can be esilty trimmed to the exact size that you need. Highly recommended. March 14, 2013

A Step in the Right Direction I just purchase several easy care runners (rugs) from Frontgate and having this non slip rug grip not only secured them on the floor but also added softness to the feel of them. The extra padding was essential and the rug grips work well to keep the runners in the center of the hallway and are easy to cut to size. February 3, 2012

Will my 9' by 12' rug overlap the 9' by 12' pad? If so, how much overlap will there be on the sides and at the ends?

Thank you for your interest in this item. There will be at most 2" of overlap from the rug with the rug pad. If the rug pad sticks out, it can be cut down to a smaller size.
