THE garlic press
I have tried many different garlic presses over the years, including battery operated ones. I was of the thought that there really wasn't one out there that worked well and just would chop my garlic by hand (or use pre-chopped garlic in a jar, but don't tell my friends!). The press had been recommended by a lady I met in a cooking store. She said it was incredible and 'THE" garlic press. I remained VERY sceptical. However, she was right! I love it! It really does work and is a powerful tool that will change my life in the kitchen. No more jarred garlic when it is now SO easy to use fresh. You don't even have to peel it! Well worth every dollar.
