Best add-on for iPad
I love my iPad but the sound is soooo low, the speaker on this dock is great! It also lifts the pad off the desktop and brings it eye level. The reason for 4 stars is that it doesn't tilt just rotates, but I'm living with it. Would totally recommend this for iPad users.

why no speakers without power source
Unit is very nice and very useful to move around from room to room. However you should not need to plug in every time you want to use sound from the i-pad. Speakers in stand are not always needed to hear something and to plug the stand in every time you want sound is ridiculous.
I would not recommend this product, in fact would return if box had not been thrown out in error.
A very nice unit that is really not usable.

Perfect for iPad viewing.
I keep this in the kitchen and use it daily to watch cooking instructions as I prepare recipes. I also use it for entertainment while working in the kitchen: I can watch TV programs from our cable provider or movies I have on the iPad. I have enjoyed is so much, I purchased another one for our second home!

iPad Docking Station/Speakers
The sound system quality on this is surprisingly great! Very convenient if you are sitting in one place or for your office. The only downside is the speakers only work when it's plugged in....wish it used batteries to make more mobile.

Great Ipad stand
I was always putting my ipad flat on the counter and stood there to read it. This stand securely holds the ipad in a variety of positions for more convenient viewing. The speakers put out nice sound also. The design is attractive, a winner for ipad users!

iPad dock is great!
I found this dock to be really great since I was having neck pains from my other stand. The only thing I would like to see is if it could allow the smart cover to work as well or to offer a cover that would fit on the screen while docked.

Rotating iPad with speakers
This item was not comparable with the iPad 3 because it had the thirty pin connector instead of the lightening pin connector. Disappointed. Customer service was very helpful and courteous. Will buy from this company again . Great service. Thank you.
