Rowenta Pro Iron Steam Station is rated 4.0 out of 5 by 4.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Rowenta iron and steam station My last two irons were Rowenta brand so when I saw this one with the steam station, I knew it had to be good. The first time I used it, I was ironing/steaming everything! This combo is not only good, it's amazing! I'm in the military and wear a uniform everyday...I will never need to pay a dry cleaner bill again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best appliance I've ever purchased! This is the best money I have ever spent on a home appliance, as I feel I have recouped the value with my first 1 1/2 hour ironing session! My husband loves professionally cleaned shirts; I hate the expense. This was so easy to use, I did a few dozen shirts the first evening--everyone in our family will be looking a little "fresher"!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Iron like a pro I am new to ironing but this iron makes me feel like an expert. It is very easy to use and makes ironing fun. The only con is that it gets a little heavy when steam ironing garments while on hanger.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Needs design changes This is a very heavy iron and is therefore great for quilting. It gives a crisp, precise, clean, press of the fabric. It's major design flaw is that it has to be cooled down completely before additional water can added, once it has run out of steam. I only get about 30-40 minutes of continuous steam from it, which makes it frustrating when quilting, because I keep having to cool it down and reheat it. It is heavy when steaming clothes. After six or seven shirts my arm has had a work out.

Does this iron require distilled water or can you use tap water?
