Sandra Vanity Stool 4.6 5 122 129
Vanity Stool - Watch Out For The Wheels! This is a cute stool. It is the perfect heighth and the fabric appears to be of good quality. My beef is with the wheels. I have stone floors with grout in this bathroom. When the wheels get caught in the groove of the grout they pop off. Uggg!!! This happens often. So, if I am sitting and putting on make-up and I roll the stool, the wheels pop off. There is grease all over the wheels. And when you lift the chair to put the wheel on, the other one falls off. These are not fastened onto the chair in any way. If you lift the chair the wheels just slide off. So, now I'm trying to lift the fabric with my greasy fingers and fit all the wheels back on. This is a huge pain! The grease is hard to get off of my hands and I've wasted time that I was using to get ready putting these silly wheels on and washing grease off of my hands. So, the take away is if you do not have floors with grout, then this is a great stool. Otherwise, beware. This little stool drives me bonkers sometimes! November 23, 2013
Cute and comfy vanity chair I was specifically looking for a vanity chair that would fit in the vanity niche of my carpeted closet and wanted wheels for better mobility. Surprisingly, vanity stools with wheels is a bit of a novelty. Luckily, Frontgate had a good selection of well-made, quality chairs on wheels. They are better than the cheaply made vanity stools that are sold for less elsewhere. I love the seafoam lattice pattern since it is elegant, yet blends well with our neutral decor. It also swivels nicely. My only compliant is that the wheels do not roll well on carpet. When I pull the chair out, the back of the chair tilts back towards me. When I sit in the chair, the wheels will roll, but not very smoothly. I am thinking I will need to buy a plastic floor cover for it to roll across the floor easily. I tested it on my porcelain bathroom floor and it rolls fine. I would recommend using this chair on hard surfaces only. Otherwise, it is a comfortable chair. January 18, 2014
Comfy and Convenient Nice vanity stool/chair. It is comfortable and on rollers, making it easy to move around on a tile floor. Looks very pretty in my newly remodeled bathroom. July 28, 2014
Excellent vanity stool This stool is very well made and comfortable. Great value for the money. July 11, 2014
Finishing Touch This was the perfect finishing touch to my newly remodeled bathroom. It's very well made and will be enjoyed for years to come. The Sandra Vanity Stool is just as lovely as the picture portrays. May 26, 2014
DO NOT BUY THIS STOOL I ordered one of these stools, after a couple of months one of the wheels came apart. Now I have received two other stools as replacements, both with broken legs and bent wheels. Since my first purchase was on sale I now have to spend more money to order another brand or I have to buy a box to send my orginal one back. DO NOT BUY THIS STOOL!!!!! July 30, 2012
Already falling apart The rolling wheels are already coming apart and the ball bearings are rolling all over the place. the wheels will have to be replaced soon. This item is not worth the money. November 6, 2011
The Perfect Vanity Stool I love this vanity stool. It is extremely comfortable and looks beautiful in my bedroom. I chose the taupe color and it is a great neutral which blends well and is practical for stains since I will be using it a lot during the day. I use it for my vanity table and desk area next to it. I can easily glide back and forth between the two. I can sit for hours on it at my desk without feeling uncomfortable because it is very nicely cushioned on the seat and back rest. This stool is substantial and well worth the money. March 21, 2014

Answer:
We appreciate your interest in this item. The casters on this stool either pop in or screw in and can be easily removed. However, we do not recommend using this stool without the casters on any flooring surface as it can scratch or damage the finish. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Answer:
The entire wheel assembly can be fairly easily removed by carefully prying between the ball bearing race and the toothed part that is driven into the bottom of the chair leg. But you will need to remove the entire assembly, and replace it with a plastic glider. Otherwise you will have either bare wood or metal in contact with the marble, and that won't be satisfactory.

Answer:
I don't think that would be a good idea. We'd like to remove our casters, because they make the chair unstable. Also, they are falling out and the stems that are screwed in are bending. We thought about just taking off the wheels since they're falling off, but then the skirt of the chair would drag on the floor.

I suppose it would be ok if you hem up the skirt and then use felt pads on the bottom of the legs to protect your floor.

Answer:
Thank you for your interest in the Sandra Vanity Stool. The seat height given is the height including casters. We do not recomment changing out or removing the casters. The Blue Lattice would be the darkest fabric this stool is offered in.
