Design flaw
I've had this for many years. It's holding up well, but there is a design flaw. The rod at the top that the hose rests on causes kinks in the hose. There should be a sloped ramp on the top half of this unit for the hose to rest on, on top of the rod.

Great Quality and Looks
Very simple to install and looks great. We love this hanger and intend on ordering another one soon for the other side of our house.
