This can absolutely be used inside. You could use many different types of vases and even add other decorative items that are similar in size to make the vase. Depending on the vase (clear, solid or opaque) would depend on how you create it. If it is not clear you would want to use stirofoam to the same diameter of the vase to hold your decorations in place. You could also take it to a craft or silk flower store and have them do it for you. I made one vase myself that was small. I purchased the decorations for the other and had a pro put it together for me since it was rather large. The bouquets can be cut down and made shorter if needed. Also, you could possibly put these in you Xmas tree as added decor. I am going to purchase this item for next year. However, I do have pictures of how I used decorations that were long this year of the vases I previously mentioned. It really is easy to use this in many different ways - and lots of fun.
