Small Classic Twill Bolster Bed 2.7 5 3 3
Poor choice The first one arrived with the incorrect filling. The second one ,impossible to assemble. no way all that filling was going to fit. Gave up and threw it out. It was impossible to return with no way to fit back in the box. Avoid this Bed. October 19, 2013
Why didn't I buy this years ago? We purchased a large bolstered bed for our Golden Retriever 9 years ago. He loves it. He is so happy in his bed. Every night we bring it upstairs for him to stay in our bedroom, and every morning we bring it back down to his spot in the family room. As he's gotten older, he sometimes prefers to stay downstairs. After a few weeks of watching him stay in the empty spot where his bed belongs in the family room, we decided to buy a second one. He loved it immediately. It's attractive, supportive of his back and I wish we'd purchased it for him years ago. February 28, 2013
Where's the Filling? When we opened the box, and started the simple assembly of this bed, my husband asked me twice, "Where is the stuffing(filling) for the bed?" I told him I had given it to him, and he said "No, that's imposible, this little bag is not enough, there must be more." Well, there was no more, and after we put the bed together it looked like a deflated balloon. Seriously- the photo shown with the golden retriever on the red bed, all super fluffy and stuffed to the brim- is totally false. 100% innaccurate. The cover is all sagged and wrinkled due to the fact that there is not enough filling in the bed. We bought the medium 42" sage bed for our 70 pound, 10 month old Labrador. He fits it fine with lots of room to spare. The large would have been waaaay to big. Note- bed is olive green and dark- not sage green. So, since the inner part of the bed has a zipper, we are going to find suitable soft materials to "stuff" the bed..since it does not give our dog the cushioning he needs. I'm actually surprised at how completely misleading that photo is- the bed looks nothing like that, not even close. It looks like a flat pancake. June 29, 2012
