Rated 5 out of 5 by Spa Teak Corner Bench I love this bench so much I have two of them! One in my home in DC and one at my shore home in NJ in the outdoor shower! It's sturdy (for us ladies having to shave our legs....) - and it has an ample basket that holds a few hair/shaving products. I highly recommend. One bench is now a few years old and is like new..... Rated 5 out of 5 by Bought a year ago and still love it I bought this shower seat almost a year ago and still love it. I have a walk-in shower and the seat looks great in the corner as it is designed. I was worried about buying the seat because the floor of my shower is raised stones - not even, not level. I knew the seat had adjustable levelers on the bottom of each leg, but I still wasn't sure it would work on such an uneven surface. They worked perfectly and the seat is secure. I did use the teak shield oil when I first bought the seat and so far so good. My only regret is that I waited so long to purchase. June 26, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by shower seat great product the only issue is my shower drain toward the center so the seat is not level. June 13, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love my corner seat I love this seat. It's attractive, functional and fit's perfectly in the corner of the shower. It's easy to put together. May 30, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great item. Received this item and really liked it. But when I placed it in my shower it was wobbly (due to the slant in my shower floor not the item). My husband pointed out that all I needed to do was unscrew one of the foot pads a bit to even it out. What an unexpected surprise - it worked! April 13, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Spa teak seat review The unit came as advertised good quality. Looks great! It was easy to put together all the tools were included. The only thing slightly poor with it is it can tip forward when stating on it and reaching out to say pick up something like a wash cloth or soap that fell on the floor in front of you,but it stops itself before it tips to the point you would fall forward. It can give you a scare though when it start to tip! February 1, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Pleased Item very pleased with but charged for shipping and the next week a new catalog arrived in mail with FREE shipping January 9, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent value and quality shower seat This is a great value for the money. Very high quality construction. Not tippy or flimsy. We have purchased a second one of these since we were so pleased with the first one. December 4, 2015

Don't understand the size dimentions.
I am trying to determine if this will fit in my shower, and do not understand the dimentions given in the discription. It says it is 26 inches wide by 19 inches deep....but it is in the shape of a quarter circle so both the wide and deep measurements should be the same (i.e., the radius of the circle).

How long in inches are the two straight sides? 19 or 26 inches?

Answer:
The top part can be placed in the bottom section as shown in the advertised photo. The bottom part is 13" wide and 8.5" deep. The top part is 12" wide and 8" deep. I use the two parts separately, one in each bathroom. It seems to me that this product may not be as effective in the shower since there are several divided sections. And water could pile up within the product.

We appreciate your interest in this item. The width measurement of 26 inches is from one end to the corner of the shower basket (shown along the wall of the shower), while the 19 inch depth dimension is measured from the corner of the shower basket to the front of the seat on a diagonal (radius). We apologize for any confusion.

Answer:
The seat is like one quarter of a pie. From the corner to the edge on each side is actually 20 inches. If you measure from the two outer edges it is 27 and one half inches. Of course the outside edge is one quarter of circle so the circumference of the one quarter circle is 31 inches but that is circular so it will fit if you have room for 27 inches. My sweetheart uses hers in a very small shower. Mine fits easily in a five foot by three foot space. KRW

Answer:
The seat is like half a protractor 90 degrees. From the angle point which would fit in the corner it comes out 20 inches. It is 28 inches wide from the two outside corners. It stands at 18 and 1/2 inches. The legs are 17 inches in length and an extra inch for the seat. This Shower seat fits perfectly in both of my showers which in my case at about 5 feet by 3 feet.

Leg adjustment
What is the maximum difference in height between the front and back corner leg? I read some reviews which stated that the bench cannot accommodate sloping shower floors. My floor slopes the minimum amount of 1/4" per foot. So, can the legs be adjusted to accommodate that slope and provide for a level seat?
Thanks
