Springfield Fire Table is rated 4.7 out of 5 by 41.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Absolutely beautiful! We have had this fire table for nearly two years. It is absolutely gorgeous and well made. The fire glass is the best option in my opinion as it reflects the light and adds charm. The thermal coupler went out once (the fire would not stay lit) but it was relatively easy to replace and it was under warranty. If you get this one you will not be disappointed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful fire pit This fire pit is extremely well-built. Did a lot of research before I bought this one. The stonetop is gorgeous and flame goes up at least over a foot when you have it on the high setting. It doesn't give out a lot of heat. I live in Arizona so that wasn't important to me. I used the copper glass instead of the fake logs which has a much more modern look. I used two bags and then ordered another bag because it was a little sparse for my liking. Overall I would recommend this fire pit because of the quality and the ambience of this piece. It is quite heavy so you need a solid foundation to put it on. The only con is that the stone is not as bright as it is in the picture. I also ordered the fire pit cover but since it is under my covered patio, I don't know that I will ever use it. Might be returning that item.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sets the Mood! Great quality fire table. Attractive, functional, durable, easy to use. We ditched the logs and have gone with fire glass. Easy to cover and clean. Liked it so much, bought a second one for a second home.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from More beautiful in person My patio installer introduced me to Frontgate. I am so glad he did! I was contemplating having an in-ground fire pit incorporated in my new patio design. He suggested a portable one from Frontgate instead. I chose the Springfield model since it coordinated with our outdoor furniture. The fire pit is more beautiful in person that the photos depict. I love the copper squares in each corner. Very fancy! The fire pit is very well made and easy to assemble. Took others suggestions and ordered the copper and reflective bags of glass .Initially, I too had trouble starting it. However, after holding the gas button down for at least 10 sec., I then simply blow over the spark and it triggers the flame. On full high, it does not produce a lot of heat. But, I didn't expect it to. I wanted it more for the ambiance. The ample 12 inch ledge is perfect for appetizers or even a whole meal (which we ended up doing since we couldn't pull ourselves away from the enjoyment of it!) Received numerous compliments from friends. They are envious. I also ordered the cover because of the excellent reviews. I would highly recommend purchasing the cover too. It is heavy duty, custom sized for the fire pit and tapers at the bottom. Not bad to look at either. We hope to enjoy our new Frontgate fire pit for many years to come.

Is there a place inside where the tank is held that is hidden from sight?

how will this fire pit hold up in northeast weather? Aslo, can i fit 4 comfy chairs around it?

Asked by: bayofnaples
This fire pit is 48"x48" so there is plenty of room for seating. We have a sofa on one side, two chairs on another side and ottomans on the other two sides.

How can i seperate 2 colors of fireglass?

I purchased 2 different colors of fireglass. Blue and orange to simulate water and fire. I would like to seperate them in the bowl. How can i achieve this look? Is there a smaller bowl i can put in or could i use something for a divider? Which would be the best option to use?
Asked by: ksvpsf
You can do it either as long as you don't cover the small metal 1x1 mesh grate that covers the opening for air to get in to light the flame. You have to keep the stones off of that and it's kind of in the center of the pit off to one side. But other than that there's plenty of room to do what you want inside the metal pit.
