Spa Teak Corner Shower Seat with Basket 4.5 5 246 262
Usual Outstanding Quality I just love this corner seat, especially the little wire holder for razors, etc. Assembly was easy, except that one leg was very snug and needed a man's touch to finish. A great piece of shower furniture that will last for years with care. It is great that the height of the legs is adjustable as our shower slopes a little for drainage. March 24, 2015
teak for us Beautiful stool. Fits perfectly in the shower. Easy assembly just take your time with the screws. Lovely purchase. March 16, 2015
Love it! I've been wanting to buy this for awhile. It's the perfect height for me. The wood is beautiful and it fits perfectly in the corner of my shower. March 16, 2015
Great looking Consistent Frontgate quality. Looks great and is exceptionally functional. March 6, 2015
Shower Seat This is our second one for a 2nd bathroom. We have had the 1st one for 5 years now and it is holding up very well. It is the perfect size for a smallish shower. February 16, 2015
Great shower stool The materials, construction, size and finish are all very fine. The legs have self-leveling screws to adjust to shower floors, so it's very sturdy and safe. February 10, 2015
WELL-MADE PIECE OF FURNITURE I'd been looking at this shower seat for a few years and finally decided to order it. It's of a good size and weight and with the adjustable area under the legs, it's very stable. It's nice to have the back stainless steel corner for extra products, too. I was surprised how well-made this piece turned out to be after a short assembly. February 6, 2015
Perfect Shower Fit I'm very happy with the corner shower bench. Assembly quality was good. One small, tight knot in a leg was certainly acceptable in a natural wood product. I left the teak unoiled, and it is starting to fade to a nice silver. If you want to preserve the reddish brown, you can treat it with a penetrating oil. Before I ordered, I was a bit concerned with some of the posted comments about fit-up of the center front leg. Some said they had to rework the leg so it would fit the slot in the bench. The instructions are clear that when the leg is installed, there is a gap of about 3/8" to the rear of the slot. It's designed with a tapered wedge fit that pulls the leg in tightly. The gap allows you to retighten the fit as the wood changes in dimension. The bench fits our 36" X 60" shower well. While it provides generous sitting space, it doesn't overcrowd the shower. The adjustable feet allow it to fit the slope of the shower pan. The stainless steel hardware has shown no indication of rust. January 30, 2015

Don't understand the size dimentions.

I am trying to determine if this will fit in my shower, and do not understand the dimentions given in the discription. It says it is 26 inches wide by 19 inches deep....but it is in the shape of a quarter circle so both the wide and deep measurements should be the same (i.e., the radius of the circle).

How long in inches are the two straight sides? 19 or 26 inches?

Answer:
We appreciate your interest in this item. The width measurement of 26 inches is from one end to the corner of the shower basket (shown along the wall of the shower), while the 19 inch depth dimension is measured from the corner of the shower basket to the front of the seat on a diagonal (radius). We apologize for any confusion.

Answer:
The top part can be placed in the bottom section as shown in the advertised photo. The bottom part is 13" wide and 8.5" deep. The top part is 12" wide and 8" deep. I use the two parts separately, one in each bathroom. It seems to me that this product may not be as effective in the shower since there are several divided sections. And water could pile up within the product.

Answer:
The seat is like one quarter of a pie. From the corner to the edge on each side is actually 20 inches. If you measure from the two outer edges it is 27 and one half inches. Of course the outside edge is one quarter of circle so the circumference of the one quarter circle is 31 inches but that is circular so it will fit if you have room for 27 inches. My sweetheart uses hers in a very small shower. Mine fits easily in a five foot by three foot space. KRW

The seat is like half a protractor 90 degrees. From the angle point which would fit in the corner it comes out 20 inches. It is 28 inches wide from the two outside corners. It stands at 18 and 1/2 inches. The legs are 17 inches in length and an extra inch for the seat. This Shower seat fits perfectly in both of my showers which in my case at about 5 feet by 3 feet.

Leg adjustment

What is the maximum difference in height between the front and back corner leg? I read some reviews which stated that the bench cannot accommodate sloping shower floors. My floor slopes the minimum amount of 1/4" per foot. So, can the legs be adjusted to accommodate that slope and provide for a level seat?
Thanks
