Frontgate/Coastal Living Backyard Makeover Sweepstakes

NO PURCHASE REQUIRED. Purchasing does not improve your chances of winning. Sweepstakes begins February 23, 2008 and ends May 31, 2008. Each Frontgate customer is entered automatically with purchase made during the Sweepstakes period. To enter without purchase, visit the Web site at www.frontgate.com/coastalliving and follow the directions on the screen. Online entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. CT May 31, 2008. One entry per person/e-mail account per day. Open to all legal U.S. residents who have reached the age of majority in their state of residence at time of entry. A random drawing under the supervision of a Southern Progress Corporation representative will be held by June 30, 2008. One Grand Prize winner will receive a backyard makeover, which consists of the following: up to forty-five thousand dollars ($45,000) (estimated retail value) of outdoor furniture provided by Frontgate; five thousand dollars ($5,000) provided by Frontgate; one, forty-five thousand dollar ($45,000) Master Pool Guild voucher good for application against the costs of an in-ground pool, spa, water feature and landscape, all provided by Master Pool Guild; five thousand dollars ($5,000) provided by Master Pool Guild; and one filtering system each for an in-ground pool, spa, and water feature provided by Master Pool Guild via Pentair. (ERV of all Prizes: $100,000.) Delivery and installation charges will be deducted from the Grand Prize amount. Prize is limited to selection from the most current Frontgate and Master Pool Guild product offerings and does not include canceled or out-of-stock items. Prize cannot be used to purchase, be converted into, or be redeemed in the form of gift certificate(s). All prizes must be redeemed by winner by August 31, 2008, or winner forfeits prize and prize will not be awarded. The difference between actual retail value and estimated retail value of prize will not be awarded. Prize is non-assignable and non-transferable. No cash in lieu of prize and no exchange or substitution of prize except at discretion of sponsors. All federal, state, and local income taxes on prize are the responsibility of the prize winner. Any prize winner who cannot be easily located at address shown on entry form will forfeit prize. Winner, as a condition of receiving any prize, will required to sign and return a W-9, an Affidavit of Eligibility, and a Release of Liability within 14 days following the date of first attempted notification. The prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected if the selected winner fails to sign and return any required documents within the time specified, or is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these rules. Sponsors reserve the right to terminate, modify, or suspend Sweepstakes if, for any reason, Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned because of circumstances or causes which in the Sponsors’ sole judgment, affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on number of entries received. By acceptance of the prize, winner consents to the use of his/her name and photo for publicity purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, mutilated, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected entries. Facsimiles or mechanical reproductions will not be accepted. All online entrants must have a valid email address. In case of dispute as to identity of entrant, entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. No automatic, programmed, robotic, or similar means of entry are permitted. Sponsors, their affiliates, partners, and promotion and advertising agencies are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, telephone communications, network, website, Internet, or ISP malfunctions, errors, or failures of any kind, or for any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes. By submitting an entry, entrant agrees to release Sponsors, sweepstakes promoter, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, parent companies, affiliates, respective owners, and subsidiaries from liability of any kind or nature for any loss, claims, damages, or injuries of any kind associated with the acceptance, possession, participation in, or use of any prizes. Entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these rules and the decisions of Sponsors, whose decision is final relating to participation in sweepstakes, selection of winner, and awarding of prize.
