Love this mat!
First, let me say that I am not related to the previous reviewer, "Anonymous, the pregnant mommy"! But believe every word she said. We are in our 60's and love to cook. But between bad backs and bad knees, cooking becomes a chore. We have had this mat for over a year and cannot believe the difference it makes when it comes to standing and walking. We still laugh and say we wish they made carpet! We have a runner for the sink/prep area. The colors may not be great #wish they had off-white# but that's a small drawback. #You can always remove the mat when you have company!# Like Anonymous, I am ordering a second mat for the stove.

worth every penny!
by far the most comfortable/shock absorbing mat I have ever used, and for a pregnant mommy with plantar fasciitis and leg pain, it is a saving grace for standing in the kitchen!
Far superior to any other brand I have ever seen/tried. Highly recommend--don't let the price scare you. It is worth every penny. Everyone who comes over and stands on the mat says, "oh! this is the best anti-fatigue mat ever!" and indeed, it is.
I am writing this review as I am ordering another one.
