Amazing item!
I got this today and already dusted high beams that haven't been done since my husband said he isn't going on a ladder any more! I then took it outside and got all the spider webs off the outside of my house. It looks so much better. I don't know how I lived without this. Great quality for money. PS I don't write reviews but couldn't wait to write this. You will love this item. Yay Frontgate ❤️

I just received this 6 piece dusting kit. The "bendable" fluffy duster does not seem to bend. How does this work?

The 18-PIECE "dimensions" description references the Basic Kit (49133), including OSTRICH DUSTER. The 6-PIECE description states the GONZO BRUSH HEAD instead of OSTRICH DUSTER. The item# changed, so assuming it is now the GONZO that is included?

This dusting kit includes (1) 16' pole, (1 pc.) Bendable fluffy microfiber duster, 3-piece bulb changing kit, and (1 pc.) Gonzo brush head. I never got that little plastic piece that attaches to the end of the stationery plastic wheel on the telescoping rod. I can not attach anything to it. There are no threads. Any suggestions?

I can not remove the stationery plastic wheel at the end of the telescoping rod. How do you get it off?
