Yellow Finnish Potato with Créme Fraîche

Makes 1 serving

This is the perfect dish for the Oscars. The creaminess of the crème fraîche goes perfect with the caviar. Fit for a true star to enjoy.



  • 1 medium to large yellow Finnish potato
  • 3 tablespoons crème fraîche
  • 1 ounce Osetra Caviar
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Gold foil
  1. Wash the potato and prick with a fork a few times. Wrap in gold foil.
  2. Place in a 400° F oven for 40 minutes or until done.
  3. Remove from the oven and cut open with a knife.
  4. Place the crème fraîche in the center and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Top with caviar.
