Acanthus Leaf Hose Pot is rated 4.6 out of 5 by 20.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Overpriced for Quality Delivered I am disappointed with the look of the purchase. I bought the Aged Limestone version. I wish it looked like the picture on-line, which is a much lighter tone color with minimal dark color. While it is functional and satifies the need, for some reason they applied a lot of blacking on the surface. It really looks just very, very dirty, not aged. I was able to clean some of it off, but it still looks more dirty than aged. For the price I should not have to do so. So be forewarned.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So happy with this purchase! It was a dry summer, so the hose cart was always out in the yard. Bought this (as well as a lightweight hose from Lowe's to go in it) and no more ugly hose cart! This is beautiful, lightweight and functional. We love it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Decorative Hose Pot I had been looking everywhere for a decorative hose pot that I could put on my front porch. Every hose reel we've bought has broken, they're unattractive and they're extremely hard to use. I have 100' hoses in the back and the front and wanted to buy two pots that could accommodate that length. I saw this online, read the reviews, and because I know Frontgate's quality firsthand from prior purchases, I took advantage of an excellent pricing incentive and bought two. They were exactly as pictured. They arrived in excellent condition and we put them to use right away. They're much easier than hose reels and add the look that I wanted to the front of my house. I read a review that said they weren't as heavy as someone wanted, but I can assure you, these are heavy and well-made. They definitely look sturdy enough to weather the cold, wet, rainy, icy and snowy weather we get here in the Pacific Northwest.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Acanthus hose storage This is really great hose storage and it's nice enough, with the lid, to have it at one end of my front porch. It looks like stone or aged pottery in person. It's fairly large---but this is good because it allows you to coil the hose more loosely than others would, cutting down on the frustrating kinking that often occurs in smaller hose pots when you go to unwind it. This is the best one I've seen yet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very pretty I am very happy with this hose holder. It looks lovely in my front yard and easily holds a long hose. It looks like stone but is very lightweight. I hope it withstands our harsh Michigan winters.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice pot, but not perfect Handsome pot, just as pictured. The limestone version is a pleasant soft-sand color. Unfortunately, there's no drainage hole on the bottom, so water doesn't drain automatically. Instead, you have to tip the pot and hold it till the water drains out through the hole on the side. It's not heavy, so that's easy to do, but a nuisance.

Does this accommodate your 75 or 50 ft coil hose? Is it able to be connected?

Asked by: Azin
There's a hole near the base which the hose can be attached to the faucet. Not positive about the coil hose??? We have a regular 75 - 100 foot hose and it fits nicely with a little room to spare.

Is there a center post to ease the rewinding of the hose?

Asked by: Cliffier
There is a hole in the back at the side where the hose can go through to be connected to the faucet.
