Beautiful outdoor planter
This planter is so beautiful! It makes a statement with the vibrant colors. I got the estate planter (the largest) and it looks beautiful by my pool. It looks like ceramic, but is very light. I hope it holds up over the years. In the product description, it states you should add a clear paint coat every year.

In the written description for the Amara it details the color as red. On my screen it looks more orange. I'm not sure what is meant by poppy colored? Thank you! I'm hoping that the color is more on the orange side.

In the specs, it states “Seal with a clear topcoat annually to maintain the finish's luster”. What type of clear topcoat specifically?
Thank you for your interest in the Amara Painted Urn. We do not have a particular type or brand topcoat to recommend. However, if you are using these in a covered outdoor area, we would recommend use of an outdoor-safe topcoat.
