Thank you for your interest in our Amelie Tiered Servers. As the two stems are identical on the 3-Tier Server #161676, you should be able to assemble it as a 2-Tier by removing one glass piece and one stem should you so choose. We do offer a 2-Tier Server, item number 161677.

Elegant and Practical
The Amelie Servers are well made, beautifully designed and make a statement at any party. I bought the first one and was so impressed that I went ahead and bought a second. I purchased the gold 3-tier. These are quite tall so make sure where you are placing them, there is enough clearance. You can display many desserts, appetizers, canapes, hors d'oeuvres on these shelves. They are perfect for the holidays, family celebrations or tea parties.
