Thank you for your interest in our Amelie Tiered Servers. As the two stems are identical on the 3-Tier Server #161676, you should be able to assemble it as a 2-Tier by removing one glass piece and one stem should you so choose. We do offer a 2-Tier Server, item number 161677.
