Love my Beauvier French Cane Bed!
This is a beautiful bed with very authentic finish. It has superior quality and is very heavy. I would recommend paying for it to be assembled. It is easy but the bold and threads to connect it are very tight and a challenge even for the smallest hands.

Worth the Wait
I purchased this bed in the French Patina finish. Delivery took eight weeks and was well worth the wait. It is an absolutely stunning bed and the photos simply don't do it justice. We don't even need to hang artwork with it because the bed itself is such a show-stopper. The mahogany construction is very solid and sure to be an heirloom provided I can keep my cats from using it as a scratching post. The color is dependent on the light in your space so I would suggest waiting to purchase your new bedding until you receive the bed and can admire it in person. It can appear alternately gray, green, or blue, or all of them at once, depending on the circumstance. We refinished an armoire to "match" and the closest we came to the approximate color in person is SW "Austere Gray" in our location with natural daylight.

This bed will become a family heirloom
The bed is stunningly beautiful! It arrived without any apparent damage. I have yet to put it together since the room in which it will be placed is under renovation so I cannot speak to that aspect (i.e., all parts included, parts fit together easily, etc). I ordered the bed in the French Grey finish. It is a combination of grey, greyed green & greyed blue. It is a chameleon color. If you place it against blue, it looks to be more green. If you place it against green, it appears to be more blue. I think this is the reason there are so many different opinions about the color in these reviews. My suggestion is to wait to make other decorating decisions until you receive the bed. I was in love with this bed for a long time before ordering it. Then I waited 5 months for it to be shipped. I love it! Worth the wait and worth every penny!

Fabulous! Ordering was super easy, even though a very long wait on back order but when it did ship, delivered by professionals and the quality of the bed is incredible. Well worth the long wait!

This is a beautiful, solid, well-constructed bed. It adds a soft but distinctive and elegant look to our bedroom. We ordered the king size and though it took a while to receive after ordering, Frontgate kept us informed via periodic emails on the progress of our order. For our interior, the bed was most definitely worth the wait. We have no complaints and highly recommend.

French bed in a French Room
This is a gorgeous bed. We have a newly constructed upstairs bedroom we're making into a French Provencal room. This bed sits against a stone wall. It is a stunning, well-made unique bed and is perfect for our space. We're thrilled.

Amazing quality
