Beautiful Chair Cushions!

Are these cushions narrower at the back than the front, by chance? My patio chair seats are 16" at the front and 14" at the back.

What are the dimensions of the Bistro Chair Cushion? My chairs measure approximately 16 1/2 inches from the center of the front to the center of the back, and about 15 inches at the widest point side to side (the front of the chair).
